Story
Meet Raven — a 2-year-old, 60-pound Labrador Retriever who runs on joy, enthusiasm, and absolutely zero spatial awareness. 🐾😂 Raven is wonderful with her foster mom’s kids and has a heart as big as her personality. She is deeply, passionately, and unapologetically obsessed with toys. Stuffed, squeaky, bouncy — if it exists, Raven wants it in her mouth immediately. Now, a fair warning: Raven does not fully grasp that she is a medium-sized dog with actual mass. When she jumps onto the couch, she does so with the confidence of a puppy and the momentum of a bowling ball. She doesn’t guard her toys at all — she just grabs them enthusiastically, occasionally forgetting that human hands and legs are attached to the process. No malice, just pure Labrador enthusiasm. Because of her “full-contact play style,” Raven would be best with older kids who can laugh, dodge, and appreciate her lovable clumsiness. Raven is sweet, playful, and endlessly entertaining — the kind of dog who will make you laugh daily and keep life interesting. If you’re looking for a happy, toy-loving, slightly uncoordinated best friend who lives life at full speed, Raven is ready to cannonball straight into your heart (and possibly onto your couch). 🐶💥❤️ If you are interested in finding out more about Raven, please fill out an adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BRO/Dog Raven is currently in Millbury, MA. The adoption fee is $500. Like Broken Tail Rescue on Facebook!. Follow Broken Tail Rescue on Instagram! Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most of the dogs, we are only guessing at the predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label. We expect that all adopted dogs will enroll in a formal dog training class with their new owners. Obedience and training classes are an excellent way to learn more about your newly adopted dog, gain handling and training experience, and improve your relationship with your pet.

Story
Milk is a 6-month-old Labrador mix who's currently about 27 pounds of puppy sweetness and growing. Her previous name was Vakita, but whether you call her Milk, Vakita, or "the cutest puppy in the house," she's happy to answer—as long as you're also offering cuddles. This adorable girl is the total package: sweet, affectionate, and incredibly easy to love. She may take a minute to warm up to new people, but once she decides you're a friend, she'll happily stick close by your side - Velcro-close. She loves being with her people, but she's also mature enough to relax when left alone and doesn't fall apart when you're out of sight. For a young puppy, Milk has some pretty impressive credentials. She loves kids, gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and is good with cats too. Basically, her philosophy is, "Why not be friends with everyone?" She's currently working on potty training and crate training, and she's getting better every day. Like any puppy, she's still learning the rules, but she's making great progress. Even better? She hasn't been destructive. When she's not learning new things, Milk's favorite activities include cuddling, hanging out with her people, and being generally adorable. She's the kind of puppy who can play when it's time to play, then happily curl up beside you when it's time to relax. If you're looking for a sweet, family-friendly puppy with a loving personality, a gentle heart, and a bright future ahead of her, Milk is ready to pour a little extra happiness into your life. 💕🐾🥛 If you are interested in finding out more about Milk, please fill out an adoption application by copying and pasting the following link into your browser: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BRO/Dog Milk is being fostered in Hopedale, MA. The adoption fee is $600. Like Broken Tail Rescue on Facebook!. Follow Broken Tail Rescue on Instagram!
