Story
Meet Camden: the glow up we all needed. Camden's story started in a field, where he was found emaciated and so severely matted that he could barely see. It was heartbreaking to imagine how long he had been carrying all of that weight, literally and emotionally.
But underneath those horrific mats was the most incredible surprise.
A gorgeous doodle type boy with soft curls, beautiful root beer colored eyes, and a smile that could light up the entire shelter.
Camden is around 2 years old and currently weighs 34 lbs, though he does need to gain some weight. Even after everything he has been through, he is sweet, dog friendly, playful, and full of joy. He loves to prance around like a little fawn, chase after toys, and then immediately bounce right back to you for love because apparently toys are fun, but people are the real prize.
He has this gentle, happy way about him that makes everyone stop and smile. Camden is silly, affectionate, and so ready for the next chapter of his life to be the one he always deserved.
We know this special boy is going to make a wonderful addition to one very lucky family. He has already come so far, and now he just needs a home that will help him keep blooming.
