He is very friendly and loyal, and will stick by your side through thick and thin. He loves to play and explore, but is also very gentle and dignified. He is always curious about the world around him and loves to learn new things. He is athletic and can run for miles with his favorite humans, but also knows how to relax and enjoy a good snuggle. He's the perfect pup for someone who is looking for a best friend, and he promises to give you lots of kisses and cuddles. Sheldon is great with other dogs, cats and kids! This is Crockett, a stunning wolfhound(?)/schnauzer(?)/doodle(?)/labrador(?) mix, who was surrendered to us because city life was too exciting for him. Crockett is a big, strong boy, at almost 100lbs. He has a medium energy level and has been completely appropriate with every dog we've ever introduced him to. He is comical, eager to please, smart, affectionate.....and sometimes a bit stubborn! He is very chill and is not the kind of dog that is up in your face all the time.Crockett would do best in a suburban or rural area, with dog savvy adult owners that like to throw a ball and perhaps another dog. Due to his size, Crockett would not be a good fit for a home with children. Please note that Crockett will need regular grooming.
