*Name: Cinnamon *Age: 10 months old *Current Weight: 30-35 lbs  *Adoption fee: $550 (plus $150 spay/neuter deposit, see below for more information) Cinnamon is as sweet as her name! This lovely pup has a gentle, affectionate personality and is ready to bring warmth and love into her forever home. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is even cat-friendly—she gives them zero attention and happily goes about her day. Cinnamon is currently working on her house and crate training and is doing great with consistency and routine. She’s very food-driven, which makes her a fantastic candidate for training and learning new tricks. With a little guidance (and some tasty treats), she’s sure to shine. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who will fit right in with your furry family, Cinnamon might be your perfect match.  IMPORTANT: This dog has not yet been altered. SNARR requires a $150 deposit in addition to your adoption fee, as well as a strictly enforced Spay/Neuter Contract stating you will have this dog altered within 6 months of adoption. The $150 deposit will be returned once the contract has been fulfilled. To apply to adopt, fill out an application at https://snarrnortheast.org/adopt/ PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR FAQs  ##2628520##

Story
Hello! My name is Kirby. I’m a 5-year-old doodle mix weighing about 51 pounds, with a confident stride and a happy-go-lucky attitude. I know who I am, and I move through the world with a friendly, upbeat energy that makes people smile. I’m playful, social, and always ready to join in on whatever’s happening around me. I’m good with other dogs and wouldn’t mind having some canine friends around. I am looking for a home without young kids, where things are a little calmer and more predictable for me. That kind of environment helps me relax and be my best self. I’m not shy or unsure — I’m confident, curious, and comfortable being part of a routine. What I’m looking for is a forever home that wants a fun, friendly companion who already knows how to enjoy life. I’m past the puppy chaos but still playful and full of personality. If you’re looking for a dog who will bring energy, joy, and confidence into your home, I might just be the one for you! Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (https://anewchancear.org). We are a 501c3, tax deductible organization. ANCAR is a foster-based rescue, and we adopt within a 90 mile radius of Bedford Hills, NY. You will find the adoption application here: (https://anewchancear.org/adopt/adoption-application/). All fields on the application must be completed. Please read about the adoption process (https://www.anewchancear.org/adopt/our-adoption-process/) so you'll know what to expect when you submit. Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care. Please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested in prior to submitting an application. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health, safety and adoption success of that dog. We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://www.anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering and microchipping before transporting our dogs. We provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources. If you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://www.anewchancear.org/help/donate/). We are a 501c3 organization, so all donations are tax-deductible. It is only through the kindness of supporters like you that we are 'changing lives...one tail at a time' by providing our dogs with 'A New Chance.' (https://anewchancear.org) Thanks so much.

Story
Alice is a sweet 7 year old, 38 pound Labradoodle. Rescued from a puppy mill, she had a very difficult life and is now discovering all the wonderful things the world has to offer. Alice is truly as sweet as can be and has a very soulful and gentle nature. She would thrive in a quiet, patient home that can help her continue to flourish. Alice is crate trained and working on her house training. She enjoys going for walks and is great on the leash. Don’t you want to help this girl experience the good life? Story
Spencer is everything you think a retriever would be. He is super friendly with humans, freely giving out kisses to anyone that will take them and easily letting his enthusiasm turn into a jumpy greeting. Spencer will never turn down a canine friend no matter what the size. He is a happy goofy guy for sure and doesn’t always understand why other pups aren’t receptive of his outgoing personality. Like most retrievers Spencer loves food so much. This makes him easy to train, but it also makes things like the garbage can an extra fun temptation. Despite his size Spencer has enjoyed playing with the kiddos and realizes he needs to be gentle. Crate and house training have been going well, but we do recommend an easy walker to aid with his leash skills. Overall Spencer would make an excellent addition to any moderately active family that enjoys incorporating their pups in social activities. If you think you are the retriever loving family Spencer has been waiting for email jonesm4318@gmail.com today!
