Oliver is a very sweet, friendly 4 year old labradoodle. My ex partner and I got him from a breeder (Labradoodles of Long Island) when we were living together in Long Island and he came home at 7 weeks. He is very very good with house training, has never bitten another dog or human, and overall has a great temperament but he is a jumper. He is the love of my life but, since my partner and I separated, he has not done well in a small apartment without outdoor space. Due to the separation I also need to go back to in person work and am just generally unable to meet his needs. He would do very well in a home with more space, kids, other dogs (maybe not cats but he isn't aggressive with them). He does have chronic gastritis / GI issues but I would be willing to contribute to any vet bills if I can keep in touch with him. Up to date on all vaccinations, recently had a full blood work panel, and dental cleaning. I have many more photos that I am not able to upload.. just ask!

Our Sky Boy was born around Christmastime and at almost 4 months he is 25 pounds and headed to become a gentle giant of a boy. Expected to grow to be 75 pounds this handsome pup with the most beautiful eyeliner that emphasizes his soft eyes, is ready for a family to love and to be loved by in return. He was recently in a small town Shelter in Tennessee with his mom and sister, Sage. No one comes to that little shelter very often and after a month or two of living there the staff reached out to Critter Cavalry Rescue for help to take them in to some of our foster homes and help them find their place in life. Easily we found Sky Boy to be humble, gentle, a little shy at first and wonderful with a busy family lifestyle. He is great with cats, dogs, young children and only a tad shy when first meeting tall adults! HA! His tan coat of short fur is soft and so nice to pet. He has lots of yummy hugs that he wants to give you and all he needs is a little encouragement and confidence building in these puppy months ahead. He is crate trained and getting the housebreaking rules and system down pat right now. A fenced yard would be a necessity and definitely a bonus for him to run and play safely to his heart's content. He is very receptive to training. Joy and laughter with a lot of extra helpings of love is what Sky Boy promises any lucky family in the future. Living his first 4 months of life in a 10X 10 outdoor kennel with his other 6 siblings, this boy never has had a chance to run and play and be loved on until August 15th. The day his life changed and that of his 6 siblings, will be a special one for Critter Cavalry Rescue. Their hard and cruel past is behind them and now a bright and shiny future is promised them as CCR starts posting all the wonderful girls and boys that are from that litter. They are loving, some shyer than others, but all are hungry to be cuddled, played with and offered the chance to love their humans deeply and forever. Having a yard to run and play in has been a first ever since 8/15. Can you imagine the freedom and exhilaration that our boy Gabriel has been feeling? He has a little foster girl to kiss and play with and other dogs and even some chickens in the backyard. He has been neutered and shots started and dewormings under way. The road ahead will be a breeze compared to his first 4 months. Currently he weighs 25 pounds and is destined to be a 55 pound adult lovebug.
