Daphne is an adorable and curly-haired doodle mix! She’s going to be on the smaller side - maybe 35-40 lbs! She is sweet and cuddly! Not super active! She loves to follow her person around and cuddle! She plays great with other dogs and is fine with cats! If you’re looking for a doodle that doesn’t have massive energy and won’t be huge, Daphne’s your girl! Message us for more info! RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. Hey Y'all, Grady here. Since I first met you, I have grown HUGE. I fit the category of "Gentle Giant" and "Ninja". I have also been called a horse. But, whatever you want to call me, sweet & kind fits best. January 16, 2024 I turned 1 year old. My foster mom said I weigh 110 lbs. There is nothing more that I love than kisses on my nose and head, scratches, hugs, swiping something from right under your nose, hanging out in my crate, hanging out at your feet, squishing myself into small areas (close to you) for a nap. I love playing in the sprinkler, playing chase with my fur-siblings here in foster care. I am dog social, love my people (nervous at first with new people but warm up quickly), house trained, crate trained, car rides. My mom is a Mountain Cur and dad a Labradoodle. All of my siblings have been adopted. For some reason I am still here. It is not a bad place, actually quite fun. I love the cold weather (we had snow this year).  My ideal furever family would love to snuggle, have patience, go hiking, camping, play in the water (sprinklers are perfect), go for car rides, and go to the beach. I have heard all about it. I think that is for me.

Tuli is close to 12 weeks old, has the first round of DHPP vaccine and is scheduled for the second and rabies shots. Her mom is a Labradoodle and the father a German Shepherd. Ours dogs are not rescued they are all domesticated animals that leave in side the house with us. They go potty to a special spot since very little, Tuli is smart, sweet , and energetic pup ready to go to a Rhode Island home. Requirements to adopt: Rhode Island resident Understands the this mix is x-large breed. This is not a small or medium breed. Love, love animal Already discussed with other family members before inquiring. I only know about excellent feedback from others adopters.

HOPE is a sweet, gentle soul. She started out with a hard life. She came to us with three day old puppies but in need of vet care herself. Her babies were sent to a bottle-feeding foster but Hope became depressed while at the vets office. Once she was finally in her foster home, she took a little while to decompress and give her trust. Once she is in a routine and knows her people, she’s such a happy dog. She loves all other dogs very much… friendly but submissive. Young to old, shy to playful, she’d do very well in a multi-dog household. A DOG IN THE HOME IS A MUST HAVE!!! Hope needs a fenced in yard, she might need to be carried out at first until she feels confident, and used to going out at her new home. She is NOT an apartment dog. She absolutely loves to be outside whether basking in the sun or chasing chipmunks. Hope is very shy around new people and while she will settle in, she needs a patient, gentle, encouraging human to spend her life with. She’s a very special dog, who DOES NOT need walks in the park, car rides, or hikes through the woods… but a quiet, routine life. As you can see in the picture hope does have a disabled leg, she manages very well with it and it doesn’t cause her any pain so under the advice of the vet we opted not to remove it, it just requires being kept clean. Josie is a 2-3 year old lab mix girl that was found by a member of our team running along a busy road and extremely emaciated, she’s been through heart worm treatment with us and is now looking for a forever home. She’s 43lbs, has medium energy, about a 5/10, loves all the people she meets including children. She is good with other male dogs is selective with females and only good with submissive female. Also crate and house-trained, her only downside is no cats! Other than that she’s a sweetheart, a very gentle girl that doesn’t jump up.
