Hey Y'all, Grady here. Since I first met you, I have grown HUGE. I fit the category of "Gentle Giant" and "Ninja". I have also been called a horse. But, whatever you want to call me, sweet & kind fits best. January 16, 2024 I turned 1 year old. My foster mom said I weigh 110 lbs. There is nothing more that I love than kisses on my nose and head, scratches, hugs, swiping something from right under your nose, hanging out in my crate, hanging out at your feet, squishing myself into small areas (close to you) for a nap. I love playing in the sprinkler, playing chase with my fur-siblings here in foster care. I am dog social, love my people (nervous at first with new people but warm up quickly), house trained, crate trained, car rides. My mom is a Mountain Cur and dad a Labradoodle. All of my siblings have been adopted. For some reason I am still here. It is not a bad place, actually quite fun. I love the cold weather (we had snow this year).  My ideal furever family would love to snuggle, have patience, go hiking, camping, play in the water (sprinklers are perfect), go for car rides, and go to the beach. I have heard all about it. I think that is for me.

Mar is 3 months old, daughter of my Labradoodle mom and German Shepherd dad ( best mix ever) super smart and loving dogs. Since very little they had their own space separated to go potty. This is a last litter and is special edition. They are extra large breed. Please make sure you really want it and you are onboard with other family member before inquiring. The two main owners has been to multiple hospitalization and surgery and we are looking for loving home with outside side space if possible so she can play.

Daphne is an adorable and curly-haired doodle mix! She’s going to be on the smaller side - maybe 35-40 lbs! She is sweet and cuddly! Not super active! She loves to follow her person around and cuddle! She plays great with other dogs and is fine with cats! If you’re looking for a doodle that doesn’t have massive energy and won’t be huge, Daphne’s your girl! Message us for more info! All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the New England area and delivered in RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. VISITORS LIMITED TO THOSE WHO HAVE SUBMITTED APPLICATIONS: https://lighthouseanimalshelter.org/dog-adoption-application/ -- 6 year old, 70 lb. female Lab Mix Dogs: Roxy plays well with dogs 45 lb. and up. She enjoys a good game of tag or wrestling with her best dog friend. Cats: No cats Roxy is a sweet, lab girl who loves attention from our volunteers. She likes to be outdoors with her best dog friend, wrestling and playing, no matter the weather! Roxy also enjoys walks at the park with volunteers. Roxy is house trained and crate trained. Roxy knows how to sit and heel and is working on stay. She is currently enrolled in weekly training classes. Roxy is an insecure girl who displays her insecurity by reacting. She's starting to understand that she can trust her confident handler to give her guidance rather than bark. Roxy is learning quickly. She's smart and eager to please. -- We do not adopt on a first-come-first-serve basis, but rather by the best match between dog and family, although we will factor in the order of applications if there are equally good matches. Our adoption fee for adult dogs is $450 which covers the costs of vetting (spay, vaccinations, heartworm testing, preventatives while in our care, deworming and microchip) and any boarding or transport fees incurred in each dog's rescue. Senior dogs are $250.
