Meet Donovan, a young, sweet soul residing in foster care in Westlake Village, CA waiting for his home. He was born on Christmas day 2023 and is mid sized at around 50-55 pounds. His mom was a black shep lab mix and daddy was a chocolate lab. Despite his initial shyness, once he warms up to you, his playful and goofy nature shines through. He loves to play with toys, showcasing his curious and energetic spirit. Donovan is not just fun; he's also smart and mellow, making him a great companion for both active playtimes and quiet evenings. His loyalty and cuddliness make him a comforting presence. Since Donovan has not been around many people he needs someone who will be gentle and patient with him and give him time to learn all the new things in the world. If you put the time into him he will be an extraordinarily loving and loyal gentle friend to accompany you on walks hikes and fun adventures and be by your side for life. They were so sweet and happy to be saved, instantly showing their gratitude with wagging tails and loving hearts. Frisco is now a happy, energetic boy with a heart full of love and a tail that never stops wagging. This handsome Retriever/Lab mix is the perfect blend of playful and affectionate—he’ll chase toys in the yard one minute and curl up in your lap the next. Bursting with energy, but calms down for attention and quiet petting. He is also great with other dogs. Frisco absolutely lives for walks, treats, and splashing in the water—swimming is his favorite thing in the world! With his loyal spirit and cuddly nature, Frisco is the kind of dog who forms deep bonds and just wants to be part of a loving family. Frisco has the personality and disposition of a golden retriever. HI - I'M JOHNNY, a 10-year-old pit/lab mix waiting for a foster or forever home. I'm super cute with my red & white coloring and my speckled ears! My ideal adopter is a single person who wants a companion, a pal for hanging out, walks, hikes, watching TV, car rides, napping. I love to play fetch, and I listen to basic commands. I tend to bond to one person who will be my soulmate, so couples may not be the best for me because I don't want to share the person I bond with and love. I love scratches and affection! I get bored if left alone too long, so best not to leave me out in the backyard for hours. I'm still quite agile and have been known to jump over a fence in my younger days. I'm not all that trustworthy around other dogs, especially male dogs, so it's best if I'm the only dog in the home. I'm still in good health and I'm basically looking for my forever companion to go for walks or hikes or simply watch TV and snuggle. I weigh about 70 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me?
