I'd do best with an experienced owner. I'm active, house/crate trained and will stand by the door to let you know I have to go outside. I come when called and sit on command. I enjoy walks, belly rubs and playing tug-o-war. I have an ongoing skin condition that requires medication and medicated baths to keep it under control. Breed:Labrador X DOB: 2/2018 Gender: male Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): black /white Description: Hi, I'm Leo, an affectionate Labrador X in need of a new home as the other dog in the home doesn't want me around. I'm good with other dogs and older children, but no cats or small children please. I know basic commands and will stand by the door when I have to go outside. I'm active and enjoy interaction with people and chasing bugs. I would do best with someone who works from home or works part time and as the only dog in the home as I love a lot of attention. I will need a patient person who will give me time to adjust and settle in. If you're interested in meeting me, please fill out an online application.November 7, 2024, 11:05 am

Available to foster or adopt!Breed: Labrador / Doberman X DOB: 12/2018 Gender: female Altered: yes Coat: medium Size: large Color(s): black / red brown Description: ***Needs a Foster Home*** This dog is in need of a foster home as well as a permanent home. If you are interested in fostering please fill out an online foster application. Hi, I'm Willow, a loving, smart, and energetic Labrador / Doberman X who is looking for my forever home as my owner can no longer afford to take care of me. I'm a great family dog and would do well in a home with children. I know a few commands - sit, lay down, speak, stay and play dead - and I know I could learn more. I enjoy going on walks, playing, and laying in the sun. I'm not a fan of bikes, skateboards or motorcycles. I will be your best friend and a great companion. I would prefer to be the only dog and only pet in the home as I can be anxious around other dogs and I'm not good with cats. I am a great companion for children, but due to my size and I sometimes jump up when excited, I would do best in a home with kids who are six years or older. I have spent most of my life in a loving family environment, and I yearn for a family to call my own again. I would like a home where someone is around most of the day, as I suffer from separation anxiety and get lonely easily. I am the perfect companion for anyone looking for an affectionate and playful dog. I can't wait to meet my new family! If you're interested in meeting me, please fill out an online application.June 1, 2025, 8:17 pm

Story
MEET TEAK! Teak is a young and energetic red lab/pit mix in need of a foster or forever home! He would be perfect for someone who loves to train dogs to meet their full potential. On paper he's 2 years old, but we think he's just a pup, around 1 to 1-1/2. Teak is an 80-pound happy boy who will benefit from some basic training and commands. He's a smart learner. He is learning slowly to walk on a leash, as nobody ever taught him before, so that is a work in progress. He would do well with someone who has a backyard and room to run, while he gets up to speed. Teak was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, and was one lucky boy to get saved. He's a handsome dog with a gorgeous red coat, and is always happy to see his person. He would also do well with an active person or people who can take him for hikes and other outings eventually. He would be best right now in an adult-only home or a home with teenage kids. Please email for an application.

HI - I'M MACY! I'm a sweet and happy 5- to 6-year-old chocolate-and-white Aussie-Lab, mix, possibly with a little pittie mixed in. I have been waiting for two years for a home and currently need a foster or forever home. I was rescued from a high-kill shelter where I had kennel mates! I'm still very active, and so would love to be with a person or people who go for walks, hikes or other outings. I love the water and car rides and am a happy girl. And I love to snuggle! I weigh about 45-50 lbs. I would love a home with someone who works from home or is retired, since I love being with my person or people. Can you open your home to me? Please email for an application.

Story
HI - I'M JOHNNY, a 10-year-old pit/lab mix waiting for a foster or forever home. I'm super cute with my red & white coloring and my speckled ears! My ideal adopter is a single person who wants a companion, a pal for hanging out, walks, hikes, watching TV, car rides, napping. I love to play fetch, and I listen to basic commands. I tend to bond to one person who will be my soulmate, so couples may not be the best for me because I don't want to share the person I bond with and love. I love scratches and affection! I get bored if left alone too long, so best not to leave me out in the backyard for hours. I'm still quite agile and have been known to jump over a fence in my younger days. I'm not all that trustworthy around other dogs, especially male dogs, so it's best if I'm the only dog in the home. I'm still in good health and I'm basically looking for my forever companion to go for walks or hikes or simply watch TV and snuggle. I weigh about 70 lbs. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email me for an application
