We adopted Lou in 2017 from an animal shelter in Kansas. He is house trained and has graduated from a training course. He is 7 years old. Lou has unique, bowed legs that are a talking point whenever we are out and about. Lou does well with our kiddo (currently 4), but she has terrible allergies and we need to re-home Lou for her health. He would love someone who could devote time to playing with and walking him. Lou is playful and silly. He has never met a stranger and is friendly with everyone. He enjoys lounging and cuddling, but also loves playing fetch and going for walks. He's a great companion and a good dog. Lou would do best in a home with older kids who would love a dog to play with (he does well with younger kids but he is a big boy and tends to knock over toys) and/or adults who are able to give him the attention he deserves. He loves to explore his space, so a fully-fenced in yard he is safe in would be best.
