Story
Cameron Male. Lab mix. 6 months old. Cameron is looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt family… and more than anything, he’s looking for a second chance at the life he deserves This sweet boy has already been through more than most puppies ever should. When he was younger, he was deprived of basic resources like food and water. Because of that, he learned he had to survive… that he had to protect what little he had. Now, at just 6 months old, Cameron is still learning that he doesn’t have to fight anymore. That food will come. That water will always be there. That love isn’t something that gets taken away. He does have some resource guarding, but it comes from a place of fear, not aggression. And despite everything, he is such a good boy. He wants to trust. He wants to feel safe. He wants to be someone’s baby. What Cameron needs is a loving, patient family willing to continue working with him and show him that the world can be kind. A calm home. Gentle guidance. Reassurance. Time. And lots of love. Imagine being the family that changes his whole world. The ones who teach him that he will never go hungry again. The ones who watch his walls come down and his true, joyful puppy spirit shine through. Cameron isn’t broken. He’s healing. And with the right foster or foster-to-adopt home, he will absolutely thrive. Please consider opening your heart and your home to this brave, resilient boy.  ##2637936##

Story
Hello, my name is Kora. I am a very high energy american chocolate lab that loves to run, play and chew. I like to cuddle on people's lap, and be the center of attention. I get along with kids of all ages, even letting younger ones lay on me, but older kids would be better since I get the zoomies occasionally and forget what's around me. However I do have areas I need some help with. I am a bit reactive and have been on a calming medicine for the last year or so. I tend to lose control when other dog get excited. I should not be in a home with cats as my hunting instinct seems to be a bit high. I've never harmed a cat but I chase them as soon as I see them. I struggle a bit when left unattended, by counter surfing (I LOVE food and want to eat whatever is available) and looking for items to chew or eat. I'm looking to find a new home to run and play, and make a happy life. I need a new owner that has more time and experience to help work through some of my special quirks.

Story
Hi! My name is Maya. I was adopted by my current owners in June of 2022. Before that I was a stray who was found wandering for who knows how long. Maya is overall a good dog. She is great with cats and has been great so far with our 2 year old son. She loves affection and being involved. Being she was a stray for so long, it did take a while to potty train her, but she is great now as long as she is let out on a consistent schedule. The only thing Maya struggles with is other dogs. She absolutely cannot be around them, which is tough. We have tried to acclimate her to them, but she gets protective. She has never hurt anyone or anything though. We are mainly looking to re-home Maya due to the fact that we just are not able to give her the life she would thrive in at this point in our lives. She needs a backyard, or at least someone who can take her on walks daily (which can be difficult if you have a lot of dogs in your area). We have little time and are expecting our 2nd child

Story
Meet Stella, a beautiful, 9 year old, chocolate lab who has been given a second chance at the life she truly deserves. Stella has the sweetest, most gentle soul and simply wants to be close to her people. As a senior girl, Stella enjoys a slower, cozy pace of life. She would thrive in a home where someone is around often, whether that is a work from home lifestyle or a more relaxed, retired routine. Stella is as kind as they come and is wonderful with children, cats, and other dogs. She is the definition of a loyal companion who will be right by your side through life's little moments. Because of her arthritis, Stella requires a consistent care routine including joint support, supplements, and a specialized diet tailored to her needs. With the right care she is happy, comfortable and ready to give her whole heart to her forever family. Stella may be in her golden years, but that just means she comes with a calm spirit, a grateful heart, and that much more love to give!
