Story
Beatrix is a young spayed, 45-pound chocolate-colored lab mix with exotic yellow-gold eyes. She is housebroken, crate-trained, and leash-trained. Beatrix has a sweet and playful personality that comes across in everything she does! Don't be intimidated by her weight; this short little lady is only about 22 inches from the top of her shoulder to the floor. She loves life with such enthusiasm that she has earned the nickname BeBe Wiggle Butt since she wags her entire back end and tail when she's happy. Beatrix loves all people; with a proper introduction, she also loves other dogs. She currently resides with two foster sisters and two foster brothers, and she plays with them all day long. Beatrix is also a cuddle bug who loves the couch and putting her head on her foster mom's lap. BeBe Wiggle Butt has learned some basic manners such as sitting and waiting for her dinner or a treat. Treats are her absolute favorite thing in the world! Since she is treat-motivated, she can easily be trained by her adopters for a variety of commands. She already goes into her crate on command! BeBe would be a wonderful dog for an active family as she already loves hiking and swimming, and she would love you with every ounce of her being! Beatrix is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. Due to some generous donations, her adoption fee is $100. Want to learn more about this wiggle butt? Fill out an adoption application at istodaymydayrescue.org, and one of our team members will contact you.

Story
Meet Faith – A Survivor with a Heart of Gold! 🐾 Faith is a 2–3-year-old bundle of love and energy with a story that will break your heart—but a spirit that will inspire you. This brave girl was found in a landfill, injured and alone, but thanks to a kind rescuer and a dedicated rescue, Faith has made a remarkable recovery. She had to have her tail amputated and received treatment for several other injuries, but none of that ever dimmed her spark. Faith is now thriving in her foster home and ready for her forever family! She’s affectionate, playful, and absolutely adores people. Her favorite things include snuggles, squeaky toys, and zooming around with joy. Despite everything she’s been through, she greets life with tail wags (or butt wiggles!) and kisses. Because of her high energy and bigger size Faith would do best in a home with older kids who can keep up with her playful spirit. She’s very enthusiastic around other dogs and would benefit from slow introductions to help her make new furry friends. Faith is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations. She is being fostered in the St Louis area. If you interested in this sweet girl, please fill out an application at istodaymydayrescue.org and someone will reach out to you about her. Faith is proof that resilience and love can overcome the darkest beginnings. Could you be her happy ending? 💖

Story
Say hello to Biscuit, an 55-pound bundle of joy who’s 8 months old and full of puppy charm! This little guy was found with his littermates being given away outside a Walmart, and we lovingly call them the “Walmart Specials.” Biscuit is your classic puppy: he plays hard, naps harder, and loves to bark, run, eat, and snuggle. He’s curious about the world and ready to learn all the fun things life has to offer—from belly rubs to fetch to couch cuddles. He’s also great with children, making him a perfect addition to a family looking for a playful and affectionate companion for their little ones. Biscuit is looking for a loving family who will guide him with patience, teach him good manners, and shower him with affection. In return, he promises endless tail wags, puppy kisses, and a lifetime of loyalty. If you’re ready to add a little sunshine to your life, Biscuit might just be your perfect match! Story
Boss is such a chill older guy, who just wants love and a warm bed. Boss lost everything he once knew, when his owner passed away suddenly. He's a true survivor being left for 12 days without food, water or hope. Boss is dog and cat friendly but would be perfectly content to have his very own human. Boss is housebroken, walks well on a leash & loves car rides. We believe he probably went everywhere with his dad before his life changed. Boss doesn't require much and will shower you with love in return.
