Story
Meet Ash! I’m a one-year-old, handsome, happy-go-lucky pup with the most charming ears you’ve ever seen and a whole lot of energy to match. I absolutely love life and thrive on being around people—my tail wags for everyone I meet, including kids and other dogs. Whether I’m chasing a ball at the park, going for a walk, or settling in for a cozy TV marathon on the couch, I’m always all in. I’m friendly, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles, belly rubs, or a well-earned nap by your side. I’m house-trained, crate-trained, and working on my basic commands, doing my best to be a well-mannered companion. With my playful antics and loving heart, there’s never a dull moment with me around, and I’m quickly mastering the art of cuddling—nothing makes me happier than curling up next to you after a fun day outdoors. https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NAF/Dog

Story
This is Nova! She is a short, rotund black lab who loves people, to play, and as much attention as you can give her. Shes very (aggressively) friendly and gets along with any new person she meets. She does require a lot of attention but what dog doesn't; she will be loyal to anyone who comes her way. However, while she is house trained and knows very basic commands such as "sit" and "lay down" and "paw", she has a very hard time with recall as she was never given the proper training for it. But! She is very food motivated and I'm sure with the right practice she could learn.

Story
Freya was adopted by my son when she was 4 months old. She was extremely timid due to how she was rescued. She has overcome in such positive ways but still struggles with things like overly active environments with a lot of noise, men (will stay away unless they are sitting), and can be food aggressive. When my son could not longer have her due to living situation, my daughter and I each tried to help but have realized it won't work due to several other pets and men frequently around. Just not a healthy environment for her. She is the most sweet and loving girl. She loves to snuggle, loves to explore outside (on leash or fenced), and has the biggest empathetic heart when she knows someone isn't feeling well. She would do best in a calmer home with a woman or women. She also does best with dogs closer to her size and not small ones. It just breaks our heart to even have to start this process, as she is just the sweetest girl who deserves the right environment.

Story
Meet Pearl, a medium sized girlie who might actually be half dog, half bunny rabbit. At just the right level of energetic and hilarious, Pearl has been diligently practicing walking on two legs like a small, determined human; when she’s excited, she pops up on her back legs and hops around like a bunny who just discovered coffee. If Pearl isn’t practicing her walking, you can find her curled up on the couch, recharging her batteries! She is potty trained, kennel trained, food motivated, good with cats and dogs, and has never met a stranger! She assumes all humans exist to adore her. She’s not much of a TV watcher; instead, she prefers to people-watch from the front window so she can keep tabs on neighborhood happenings and ensure nothing gets past her. Pearl loves her toys, enjoys being around her people, and is utterly unbothered by the energy around her as she beats to her own drum, marches at her own tempo, and honestly seems to be having a great time doing it. At night, she’s an excellent cuddler and more than happy to keep you warm in the winter, functioning as both emotional support and personal space heater. If you’re looking for a quirky, joyful, bunny-adjacent companion, Pearl is your girl. https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/NAF/Dog
