I have a Farm Animal Sanctuary, opened in memory, honor, and legacy of my wife, who is it was her lifdelong dream to have a Farm to take in rescued animals from abuse, cruelty, abandonment, etc, and give them a safe, loving,and caring home for the rest of their lives. Sadly, she was diagnosed with late stage cancer about 6-weeks before seeing her dream come true with getting her first animals onsite at the Farm we bought and moved back to Ohio for. Her focus was to specialize on small to mid-size farm animals, believing that there's lots of rescues/sanctuaries for horses, dogs, cats, etc. That said, I took in Sammi when I got a phone call from a family looking for a home/sanctury for him, who lived with their 80+ year old war veteran Father on a 10-acre Farm due to failing health issues, so they needed to move their Father off the Farm and into assited living. When they found my website, they thought it might be an easier adjustment for Sammi to move to another Farm.

You have the ability to give him the happy life he so deserves! Max hardly ever barks and is pretty polite about the incessant barking at the kennel where he’s been living. He walks well and enjoys every second of his time outside. You will love this dog, and I guarantee he will love a safe, comfortable home to call his own. At 5 years old, Max is the perfect age. "SUGAR" # 6659 is a 1year old, 55 lb female (will need to be spayed) Labrador Retriever Mix. She is a gentle genial lady that loves belly scratches. She can be a bit jumpy because she is so excited around her humans. Sugar also gets along with other dogs here in our shelter. Vet Exam was good, but her coat may need a little TLC due to slight dander, it appears that she may have over done fun time and sprained her right front leg.
