Story
This is Sandy. It is with a broken heart that we are sharing her story. Her owner passed away. He was a wonderful person and he loved Sandy very much. I am asking everyone to please help us network Sandy so we can find a wonderful home for her. She is a very sweet and gentle girl. Sandy is about 5 years old. She is a big girl weighing between 70 and 75 pounds. Her dad adopted a little dog a couple of years ago. Sandy and Paco were very good friends and loved each other very much. Paco has someone who was able to take him in but Sandy is currently living in her daddy’s house by herself. She has caretakers who are coming by to take care of her but needs to find a home or at the very least a foster home as soon as possible. If you would like to find out more information about Sandy let us know. If you can foster or are interested in adopting Sandy let us know. Please share her story and help us save Sandy!

Story
Meet Wilma, an inspiring survivor whose spirit shines brightly despite her rough start. Found emaciated and tied up in a vacant apartment, Wilma has blossomed into a lively soul, bearing a scar on her chest as a poignant reminder of her journey. She adores playing fetch, expertly bouncing the ball back to your feet, rolling it to you, or even catching it midair with impressive agility. Not only is she an enthusiast of fetch, but Wilma also loves to greet people with a charming handshake, adding a touch of grace to her vibrant personality. Wilma is well-suited for a home with dogs of similar or larger size, or as the only dog where she can soak up all the attention she deserves. Are you the forever companion Wilma has been hoping for?

At just 1-2 years old and tipping the scales at 50 pounds, Soldier was rescued from the streets of San Antonio. He’s now flourishing in a foster home that’s filled with love. Soldier has adapted beautifully to his new surroundings, welcoming every day with enthusiasm and warmth. Known for his loving nature, Soldier enjoys giving cuddles and quickly becomes a favorite with everyone he meets, both humans and fellow dogs alike. Bath time is a breeze with Soldier; just lift him into the tub, and he stays put until he’s squeaky clean. This brave boy is looking for a forever home to continue sharing his love. Are you ready to enlist Soldier into your family brigade?

Story
Hi there, I`m Sterling! I`m a very athletic dog with a stunning black coat that`s sure to catch your eye. But what really makes me stand out is my tongue – it`s a mile long! I love using it to give kisses and show my affection to my favorite humans. One of my favorite things in the world is playing with toys, and I`m always up for a game of fetch or tug-of-war. But my absolute favorite time of the day is when I get my kong at night – it`s the best treat ever!Once I warm up to people, I`m very sweet and friendly. I love nothing more than socializing with humans and showing off my playful side. I`m also the official babysitter of all the puppies at the shelter – I love showing them the ropes and making sure they`re having fun.But even though I enjoy taking care of others, I`m ready to find a home of my own where I can relax and have a little less responsibility. If you`re looking for a playful and social companion who will always keep you entertained, then I`m the dog for you!

Story
Hey there! I’m Lenox, your laid-back hound dog extraordinaire, on the hunt for a forever home where I can truly relax and savor the simple pleasures in life. Just imagine me curled up on a soft bed, soaking up warm sunshine in my favorite cozy spot.I’m a typical hound with a nose that`s always on the hunt for exciting scents. When I get those random bursts of energy, I love a leisurely walk filled with sniffing or some playtime in the yard to keep my tail wagging. Please don’t let my kennel behavior fool you—this shelter life isn’t really my style. I’m just not built for it. My true self is all about warmth, relaxation, and companionship. If you’re looking for a low-key, easygoing buddy who appreciates a good nap as much as a stroll or a romp in the yard, then I’m your Lenox. Let’s build a peaceful haven together, filled with sunshine naps and sniff-filled adventures!
