Story
Meet Ringo! Ringo is a 3-year-old dog who is incredibly loyal and affectionate with the people he knows and trusts. He knows basic commands including sit, stay, down, and come, and has excellent recall to his name. Ringo does have some behavioral challenges. He can be reactive toward strangers and occasionally toward familiar people, so he needs an experienced owner who understands dog body language and is committed to providing structure and consistency. He can be unpredictable at times, making him best suited for a calm home with low foot traffic and minimal stimulation. Ringo thrives when he has a routine and time to build trust. In the right environment, he is a loving, devoted companion who will form a strong bond with his family.

Story
Check out our Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for more pictures & videos of our adoptable dogs!To sponsor my trip to WI, go to  www.tailwaggers911.com  for more info!   ***I am able to go home to my forever family right from transport!! You get a 5 day trial with me in your home. Put in your application soon!*** Please help me get out! I am currently in a place where there are lots of unwanted dogs and not all of us here get the chance I might have to leave! But in order to help me out of here to catch the ride to WI on September 10th and arrive on September 12th, I need *both* a sponsor, and a WI foster home *or* a WI adopter! I have a place for now, but I can't stay here forever and I am worried. The rescue has put a hold on me to save my spot on the trip up north to WI, but now they need YOUR help to get me there - don't wait!!! Updated: 8/9/26 Dog Name: Canela Sex: Female Estimated Breed: Labrador Retriever Mix Approximate Age: 9 months Approximate Weight: 54 lbs Spay/Neuter Status: Spayed Adoption Fee: $650 Description: Canela was surrendered after her family realized they do not have the time to dedicate to a growing puppy. Unfortunately, this happens often but this is at no fault of Canela, she is sweet and full of life! She is treat motivated and will benefit from fun family training! This girl is gorgeous and smart… and just so loving! We know she will find her forever family very quickly, she is a puppy with so much potential! We are a Wisconsin state licensed dog rescue -WI# 402433   ***We do not have a central adoption center at this time. All our dogs are in private foster homes within WI. At this time, we only place our dogs in areas of WI. The breed of our dogs is our best guess with the help of our veterinarians. Our Weight Classes are as follows: 0- 25lbs - Small 26- 45lbs - Medium 46-89 - Large 90+ X-large If you are adopting an adult dog, which we consider 6 months of age or older, your adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper shots, dewormed, flea & tick preventative, heartworm tested and microchipped. If you are adopting a dog younger than 6 months of age, the dog will be up to date on the shots as per the dogs age. The dog will be dewormed, flea/tick preventative and microchipped. We only spay/neuter our dogs once they're at least 6 months old. If you decide to adopt a younger dog than 6 months, they will need to be spayed/neutered by your veterinarian when they are between 6 to 8 months old. Proof that the spay/neuter has been completed will need to be submitted to Tailwaggers911. Once proof of the spay/neuter has been received, we will refund $100 of your adoption fee via Venmo, PayPal or have a check in the mail within 15 days. Once you are approved with our rescue, you can meet any one of our dogs within the fosters home. If you are interested in the dog you met, you can take the dog home under our mandatory foster to adopt program. You receive 5 days to see if the dog is the right fit for your home. If it is, we will conduct the home visit and finalize adoption. If it is not, it is returned to the foster. We are happy to find you another dog that meets your needs in your home. If a dog is listed as ADOPTION IN PROCESS, a family has met the dog and planning on adopting the dog after the home visit has been conducted. We always suggest sending in an application for a dog because there are times where the dogs are given back to us under the foster to adopt program. There are many reasons dogs are returned but normally it just was not the right fit for all. Please go to WWW.TAILWAGGERS911.COM under HOW TO ADOPT . We have an online application that is very easy to fill out. September 11, 2026, 9:56 pm

Story
Toby is a wonderful companion. He loves to play fetch, belly rubs, and baby talk. He is best around older children just because he is bigger and very playful. He still needs to be trained not to jump on people. He does this because he is so excited to see them. He knows commands like come, sit, wait, lay down and paw. He is potty trained and up to date on shots. He is active and needs a lot of exercise. He will be 2 in August. He needs a home with a nice backyard so he can run and play. Or someone who is able to take him for walks on a regular. He is a lab mix with Light eyes, and is brown with cream spots, I would love to find him a home as soon as possible as I am no longer able to give him the time and attention he deserves. He has his cage, some food, collar harness, retractable 15 ft leash and lots of treats.
