Story
Adoption fee $100 There was once a young 2 month old impressionable puppy, adopted to what we felt was going to be a good home for him. Well as Sam got even bigger the little dog in the home felt it was his job to be the boss so to speak. This happened over and over until Sam finally said enough and defended himself. But instead of teaching the first dog as well as Sam to coexist with each other, Sam was abandoned. Yes he was given away to the first person who offered to help with no regards to Sam at all. Thankfully this person reached out to us once she realized he was an SPR doggy. Sam was never given the chance at his first home simply put, and after all he went thru his dislike/distrust of other dogs is how he is now sadly. Instead of being a well rounded dog who could go to dog parks or something like that, Sam actually has a fear of other dogs and relies on people only now. He adores people and bonds quicky and fast to them, he simply wants to be the only one is all. He is your typical lazy boy who prefers to sleep on the couch all day then run around much, lol. He is a big boy around 80# and a land hippo is what this breed is often referred to as :) Sam is a big boy just over 3 years old, a very solid boy with a big squishy face to squeeze and love on. He would love to finally have a real forever home with people to dote on him and show him he is worth it. He would benefit from a fenced in yard, and perhaps some walks to keep him in shape. He is fully house trained and kennel trained and is just a GOOD boy who loves hard. Will someone give him the home he deserves ? If you feel like you could be the one to show this big boy the best life an online application can be found at Sandipaws.org,Thank you for your interest in a Sandi Paws Rescue, Inc. Please visit our site at sandipaws.org for more information on our organization or to fill out an application to adopt one of our pets. You can find information for volunteering on our site as well.

Story
Sweet girl Molly Jo wants to meet you! This outgoing gal arrived at FVHA as an owner surrender due to her previous owner being unable to care for her.Molly Jo is a spunky 5 year old lab mix who is full of love! She enjoys playing fetch, snuggling up for pets, and exploring the great outdoors. Molly wants nothing more than an active home where she can be someone`s adventure buddy and best friend for life. Her ideal home would have a secure fenced in yard, toys to play with, and humans who love her. If everyone loved the way Molly does, the world would be a better place!Molly Jo is reportedly potty trained, does well free roaming at home alone, and even knows how to roll over (if offered yummy treats of course). She has not lived with or interacted with other dogs in quite some time so we would recommend a dog meet. She has lived with and enjoys the company of children but will need a home with no cats. This good girl is spayed, up to date on core vaccinations, has received flea, tick, & heartworm prevention, and is microchipped! If you have any questions about Molly Jo or our adoption process, please reach out to us at 920-733-1717 or adopt@foxvalleypets.org and book an appointment to meet her today!

Story
Hi, I'm Macie, and in case you didn't already guess, Gracie is my sister. I am a 1 year old lab mix, around 35lbs. We are both super sweet girls who do not have to be homed together but it sure would be nice too. I love the peoples and also all the other doggos. I am still very young so be ready for lots of energy and keep me busy and tired, a tired dog is a happy dog! I hope you love my sleek black glossy coat and my big brown eyes, I am hard not to fall in love with! *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption. We believe fostering dogs and not having them decompress in a kennelled environment is more beneficial for the dogs and builds their trust and companionship in a family situation. Adoption fee includes transportation costs, previous/current medical treatment (spay/neuter, etc.) and a health certificate for cross-state travel*

Story
Hot Wheels SEEKS HIS FOREVER FAMILY who is committed to giving him nothing but happy days for the rest of his life. For a low adoption fee, you can bring home this $15,000 family member. A video of “Wheels” was shared showing him dragging his back end. The Right to Live Rescue took him into rescue. He was covered in fleas and had severe dragging wounds. He had back surgery with a 50/50 chance of success. Then, he had one of his broken back legs reset and plated. He started hydrotherapy and seemed to be doing well. Sadly, he developed a flesh-eating bacteria on his back legs causing one to be removed. He stayed at the Vet’s office for about 5-6 weeks while they worked to clear him of the infection and open another gaping wound in his remaining and plated rear leg. He has no idea he is different than the other dogs. He loves to go on walks in his wheelchair. He does zoomies around the yard and chases the others and even plays tug-of-war with a 112 pound lab/pittie/mutt foster brother. He loves to have his ears rubbed since he cannot scratch them himself. He loves to scoot through his splash pad on hot days and wade in his inflatable pool. He turns in circles like a top when he gets excited which is when he is getting fed or sees you come home. He can pee and poop on his own but he sometimes does that in his sleep or when he’s excited. He dribbles a bit. He has diapers and belly bands but they sometimes slide off because he does not have both legs. He is willing to travel with his wheelchair, his diapers, his belly bands, his toys, his elevated feeding stand and slow feed bowl (that does not really slow him down). Despite everything he’s been through, he is the happiest boy in the world. He would love to sit on a dog bed and chew a nylabone and watch to make sure you are looking at him. He has passed cats on the porch or street and not reacted to them. He may need a short introduction to any new fur siblings. He seems to know who he can pick on and who he needs to defer to. He will come with this cute gingerbread costume just in time for Christmas. https://www.facebook.com/reel/280549138140602 *All of The Right to Live dogs are fostered locally in San Antonio Texas and will be transported to other states to their new families upon adoption.
