Panda, your typical female. While she loves to swim and play in the water, she is not a fan of posing while her hair is wet and she isn't looking her best. Her expression says it all. Pyr puppies are the cutest, sweetest balls of white fluff who grow up to be big dogs with equally big hearts and souls. They are very affectionate and friendly, and they can get along great with kids and various other animals. They also are dogs that need a purpose, being a working breed. Pyrs are loyal and loving, they will immediately alert you—and the entire neighborhood—to an intruder, and this is especially true at night since they were bred to be nocturnal guards and can hear so well that they can pick up on the slightest noise. They generally get along well with children and are often used as therapy dogs and in search and rescue operations. However, it's important for potential pet parents to be aware of their tendency to bark at night and their requirement for socialization and purpose. We adopted Baulder last year from a local animal shelter. He was 8 months old when we got him and has all of the energy. He is house broken and amazing with our 2 year old son. He has a sweet disposition and wants nothing more than to be your best friend. He follows us around and just wants pets and belly rubs. He is a digger and we had to line our fence with logs to stop him from digging out. He didn't want to stay away, just explore his neighborhood. He is very prey driven which led to our main issue with him as we have cats and chickens, and he has mistakenly killed chickens. We don't have the money to set up his own area and have a safe spot for all our animals. He is a really great dog, with a lot of energy and love. He needs a new home, without small animals in it. He will come with a crate, collar, leash and vibrating bark collar.
