Story
Trip had to have his leg amputated as it healed improperly after it was broken while he was a growing puppy. However, he is one of the happiest, silliest boys you could hope to meet. He lives with many other dogs and is a favorite playmate for most of them. He loves all his canine buddies and is also fine around cats. Trip loves all humans he meets and would be a great addition to any home looking for a playful, outgoing dog. He is crate-trained primarily and will ask to go outside; however, he has not been able to stay up for longer than overnight without a potty break. He does not get many chances to go for car rides, but enjoys it when he can. Trip is fully vetted - current with all vaccines, on heartworm and flea/tick prevention, neutered and microchipped.

Story
Hi, I’m Belvedere (60655485), a 4 year old Great Pyrenees mix and a proud 83-lb gentle giant with a heart just as big as my paws. I’m a very sweet, handsome boy, and right now I’m a little on the thin side, so I’m hoping to find a loving family who will make sure I never miss another meal and help me get back to my best healthy self. I may be a big guy, but I’m all about gentle moments, soft pets, and being your steady best friend. If you’ve been dreaming of a loyal companion with a kind soul and room in your heart (and pantry!) for a gentle giant like me, I think I might be the one you’ve been waiting for.   Check out all the adoptable animals on the shelter's website! https://www.collincountytx.gov/Services/Animal-Services/adoptable-pets All adoptions include spay/neuter, microchip and first round of vaccinations. If you are interested in adopting me, please visit me at Collin County Animal Services - 4750 Community Ave, McKinney TX. Shelter is open Tues-Fri 11-6, Sat-Sun 11-5 April 11, 2026, 10:56 am

Story
No, you’re not looking at a polar bear, you’re looking at Gracie girl! After being such a wonderful mother to her 2 adorable puppies, she’s ready to be your favorite love bug! This low energy girl would be perfect for a family that enjoys the laid back, relaxing lifestyle. After a short walk, she’ll show you her appreciation by nuzzling her head in your lap and giving you puppy dog eyes. The only thing Gracie loves more than naps is her people. Loyal to her core, she would be an easy addition to your family *3 years old, 72 pounds *low energy and loves naps *great with kids *independent girl and would thrive in a home as the star of the doggy show, or another independent, low energy dog. She loves small dogs because they remind her of her puppies! *walks great on a leash with no pulling *sassy queen with the most adorable lip smacks and post meal burps Gracie is ready to be your loyal companion and new best friend Gracie is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. When Mazie’s Mission rescued her little family from the shelter she was suffering from entropion which is a painful eyelid condition where the lids turn inward, which feels like sandpaper on the eyes! She has had successful surgery on her eyes to treat it and may need occasional eye drops. Another part of Gracie’s rescue story is that she sometimes limps. Our vets looked into this further by x raying her, and found about a dozen bb pellets lodged in her leg. There is no treatment for this except pain medication (which works great for her) when it is sporadically bothersome to her. She has had some really hard times in her life, but despite all that, she is so sweet and gentle. Gracie is a special girl looking for the very best home! If you want more information on her reach out to us by filling this out and we will contact you right away! Www.Maziesmission.Org/adopt
