Story
Sully was found as a stray near the HEB by William cannon and I-35. Not much is known about his life before this moment, but he has made quite the impression in the short time we have had him. From the moment we set eye on him he was a happy gentleman, sitting calmly outside HEB. He accepted food gently, and belly rubs with great enthusiasm. Since that moment Sully has proven to be a mild mannered, medium to low energy dog, who is grateful to be inside and willing to accept any love shown to him. He has met many people, tons of dogs and one sassy cat, and each time he is polite, calm and friendly. He gently wrestles with our high energy dog, but ultimately loves to flop over on his back during play and just wiggle on the ground. He does not resource guard but he is food motivated for training, and he walks well on leash. He doesn’t bark inside and will generally only bark outside if left alone, he for the most part just wants his human close by. He is willing to cuddle, but could easily be trained to stay off furniture as for the most part he just lays on the floor or his dog bed. Again he is calm with cats!! He shows mild interest in our cat but responds well to being redirected or even disciplined by the cat.i would recommend a slow introduction to be safe, but he is very gentle and just a giant lovable oaf. He has also played well and been friendly with every dog he has been introduced to. As a large unfixed male, this was something we were worried about initially, but as with everything else he has exceeded our expectations. And he will be fixed soon, so that will likely calm him even more.Sully could do well in any environment but I believe his perfect home would be him with a kind family that maybe has a pet or two for him to be friends with. He would love a home where people are around and spending time with him or bringing him out on lots of walks. He deserves to be around people and loved and spoiled every day. Sully would not do well in a home where he is kept outside or as more of an outdoor dog, as he is a prince and deserves to be treated as such.He is about 2 years old, in good health but heart worm positive. He is fully house trained, good with dogs and cats, children unknown but I have a strong sense he would be as gentle with them as every other person he has met. He is medium to low energy, but likes to play, and is opening up more everyday. So far he doesn’t jump or lick and has very good manners meeting new people. He is a great dog who deserves a very loving family Primary Color: Tan Secondary Color: White Weight: 80 Age: 2yrs 0mths 2wks

Story
Dewbert is a Great Pyrenees mix who came to us in rough shape — he was itchy, uncomfortable, underweight, and dealing with a severe skin and ear infection caused by fleas. But even through all that discomfort, Dewbert has never lost his sweet spirit! His skin and ears are improving with treatment, he’s eating well, and he’s learning that life doesn’t have to itch! While he still needs to gain weight, he’s definitely on the right track! What really makes Dewbert special isn’t just his resilience — it’s his heart. He’s a happy, easy-going boy who lights up when he meets new people. He loves gentle affection, enjoys just being near you, and has a calm, soothing presence that’s impossible to resist. Dewbert needs a foster or adoptive home where he can continue healing in peace. He doesn’t need much — just a quiet place, a soft bed, regular meals, and someone to love him. In return, he’ll give you gratitude, companionship, and all the tail wags you can handle! Can you help Dewbert recieve the rest and recovery he deserves?

Story
Meet Coco the Bachelorette — a big-hearted beauty ready to hand out her final rose! 🌹 Coco is everything you could want in a leading lady — sweet, affectionate, and endlessly loving to everyone she meets. She has a calm, easygoing energy with just the right touch of playfulness. She’ll happily lounge beside you for most of the day, but hand her a toy and she’ll light up with joy. This fluffy Great Pyrenees mix is both house- and crate-trained, intuitive, and smart. She’s good with other dogs and cats, and while she hasn’t met children yet, her gentle, loving nature suggests she’d be wonderful with them too. Coco isn’t high-maintenance when it comes to activity — about an hour of daily exercise keeps her perfectly content. What she really wants most is a cozy home, belly rubs, and someone who appreciates her big heart. Like any great love story, Coco has her quirks: she’s a bit of a foodie (so counters are best kept clear!), and she’s on a special diet and medication to keep her feeling her best. If you’re looking for a calm, cuddly, and charming companion who will fill your home with love and loyalty, Coco the Bachelorette is ready to meet her forever match. 🌸
