Story
Miss Piggy and Fozzy Bear MUST be adopted together. There are NO exceptions Adoption Fee: $300 for the pair Hi, my name is Miss Piggy. I'm still just a baby but I will soon be big enough to go home with someone special just like you. If you really like me please contact my foster Mom to find out more about me. I can hardly wait to be in my forever home! Maybe it will be with you! Watch for more info about me as I grow up! You can check right here. My foster mom says I am spayed, vaccinated, FELV tested, dewormed, microchipped, eats wet and dry food, and is litterbox perfect. They say that's good! I currently live with my foster family in Sacramento. Purebreds Plus Cat Rescue is dedicated to matching exceptional cats (like me) with qualified adopters who will cherish me and create an ideal forever home. If you believe you're my perfect adopter please explain why in the comments section of my Adoption Application, and contact Mackenzie at mackenster@comcast.net or 5302179846. If you are unable to reach Mackenzie please email info@purebredsplus.org. NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interests!

Story
My mom passed away in July and my dad had triple bypass surgery this week. He will be moving into a nursing facility when he leaves the hospital. They have 3 cats remaining to be rehomed. Jones or Jonesy, is a 14-year-old, neutered male, black Maine Coon, 16 lb cat. He is slowing down in his old age but is very very sweet. He is a lap cat. He loves to cuddle and to be brushed. He is good with children, cats, and dogs. He does go outside in the fenced in back yard. He is a gentle giant who is very vocal.

Story
Cashew is a sweet 3 year old Maine Coon who has been navigating a lot of recent changes, which has made him shy at first. He usually takes about a week or so to warm up, but once he feels safe, he becomes a deeply affectionate and gentle boy. Cashew was surrendered alongside his sister Peanut after their owner developed a terminal condition, and he is now hoping for a loving home where he can finally settle in. His tender personality shines once he trusts you, and he will easily win you over with his big, soulful sad eyes and soft nature. Cashew gets along well with other cats and can adjust to respectful dogs with time. Because he is bonded to Peanut, they must be adopted together. Cashew is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped, and he is ready for a patient, compassionate family who will give him the space and love he needs to blossom.

Story
Peanut is a sweet 3 year old Maine Coon with a gentle heart and a soft, calm presence. She was surrendered through no fault of her own after her previous owner developed a terminal condition, and she is now looking for a loving home to call her forever. Peanut can be shy at first and usually takes about a week to warm up, but once she feels safe, she becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal. She is good with other cats and, while initially shy around dogs, she can adjust to calm and respectful ones. Peanut is bonded to her brother Cashew, and the two must be adopted together, as they find comfort and confidence in each other. She is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, and ready to bring warmth and sweetness to a family who will give her the love and stability she deserves.

Story
Looking to rehome my sweet cat Bear (free). She is 5 years old, fully vaccinated and spayed with no health issues to date. She's a Maine Coon (not cheap), black, fluffy and incredibly soft with green eyes. She has polydactyl claws, which are extra claws (common in Maine Coons), which in her case makes her look like she has thumbs. They're pretty cool lol She's indoor but has done well outside a handful of times to explore and then comes back in. She's a lovely cat with a sweet temperament, she just unfortunately doesnt seem to enjoy living with us. It could be our 2 dogs or our toddler but she avoids us at all costs, running away to hide. When I pick her up, she's happy to be held and pet, purring away and loves to be brushed. I think she will be happier with a single person, a couple with no dogs, or some other situation. She just clearly isn't happy in my home, despite my best efforts to encourage companionship and inclusiveness.
