Meet Monk (aka Monkey!) Monk, lovingly nicknamed Monkey, has quite the story to tell. At not even a year old, this little guy has already been through more than most cats will experience in a lifetime. When Monk was much younger, he was involved in an accident with a dog that left him with significant injuries. He ultimately had to have his hind leg and a portion of his tail amputated. But if you met Monk, you’d never know he had any reason to feel sorry for himself. He has been an absolute trooper through it all, and now we’re helping him rebuild his strength in his remaining hind leg through physical therapy. As a result of his injuries, Monk also experiences incontinence. We’re still figuring out exactly what works best for him and his care, but in the meantime, he is more than happy to rock his diaper like the very good boy he is. He is very good with his day to day routine and diaper changes! And while Monk may have some extra needs, his personality is anything but limited. If Charm School had yearbook superlatives, Monk would undoubtedly be voted **Most Handsome AND Best Personality.** He is a friend to everyone — cats, dogs, humans, you name it. He is endlessly loving, remarkably resilient, and perpetually happy. Monk is a special-needs boy and will need a very special home willing to accommodate his care. He would be a candidate for **foster-to-adopt** with the right family, giving everyone the opportunity to make sure it’s a good fit and that they are able to accommodate his needs. Thank you for taking an interest in our very special boy. We truly hope the right person will see Monk for what he is: not the sum of what he’s been through, but a happy, loving little cat who has so much more life to live. My vet asked me to take a Maine Coon that needed a home a few months ago. Harley is nine years old, spayed, shots up-to-date & recent dental work done. She's medium-sized...14.3 pounds. She doesn't get along with my other cat. Harley needs to be the only pet in the home. I've tried scent-swapping, pheromones, separate rooms, introductions through screens, supervised time together, nothing is working. I want to find a permanent home for Harley that will be her last stop. She was left at my vets when her family moved away. She sits in my lap & purrs; adores my daughter & granddaughter. I brush her every day; nail trims are easy. She's very social, a big talker, loves quiet time & can communicate her wants and needs. She gets over-stimulated when brushed & she nips, nothing serious, just telling me she's done, so I stop. Ideal placement is with experienced cat owners & no other pets. I want to make sure she goes to a home that will understand her needs & keep her. I'm in no hurry. Thanks!

Hello! I need to re-home my 7 year old cat Eevee. I adopted her almost 8 months ago from someone and was told she doesn’t mind living with dogs but she unfortunately does not get along well with my big dog which has caused some behavioral issues. I was also told she doesn’t like other cats either, so she needs to be in a home with no other cats and possibly only small+calm dogs, and no young children. She loves being the center of attention and she loves to cuddle! She is very vocal and has a super cute baby meow. I believe she’s a Maine-coon mix and is litter box trained. I am asking for a rehoming fee (which is negotiable) of $75 to go towards getting her up to date on vaccinations before going to her new home, and she will come with her supplies and food. She’s a sweet and sassy girl, I love her and want to make sure she goes to an extremely loving home

Sweet, beautiful Tabitha was rescued from the streets in the nick of time. Unbeknownst to her, I could see 2 coyotes in my headlights coming straight for her. Tabitha was just happy to see me knowing I was bringing her a meal. I scooped her up and put her in a carrier before she even realized what happened! She's now totally acclimated to the good indoor life. She loves her warm, soft bed and regular meals. Tabitha is a beautiful, petite Main Coon mix with a gorgeous thick coat of long fur. She's only about 8lbs, she's all fluff! Tabitha is very sweet and affectionate but can be very shy at first with new people and places. She needs a patient human that will let her slowly blossom into the love bug that she truly is. Tabitha would love to be adopted with her son Tiger KRLA-A-749 as they get along together very well. Though she may also be very happy as the only kitty, Queen of the Castle, getting all of your undivided attention. She would do best in a small, quiet home with just 1-2 adults to spoil her.
