He had a really hard start to his life, and would really love to experience a home that he is safe and taken care of. With this boy, he will need some extra work to find his trust. He is looking for someone that is calm and can give him patience with his nervousness around people given his past. With proper socialization and time, this boy will be such a happy boy that will blossom into the amazing dog he is. Could you be that person that shows Jasper there are good people out there? Please give this boy a chance, he deserves to be spoiled and loved for the rest of his life! Please read the animal bios completely before requesting additional information as we do our best to answer the most frequently ask questions in these bios. Story
Hi everyone! My name is Kamryn! I'm an 8-year-old, little lady, weighing just under 9 pounds. No one knows exactly what breed I am, but everyone agrees there's probably some Maltese in the mix, along with a few other adorable fluffy white pups! I'm a sweet, gentle girl with a heart full of love and a heart that's just a little extra special. I have a heart murmur caused by changes to a couple of my heart valves, but don't let that worry you too much cause I feel great! I take my tasty medication twice a day (I think it's more of a treat than medicine!) and eat a special diet that helps keep me feeling my best. Right now I have no activity restrictions, I enjoy exploring the yard, walking around the house, and tackling the stairs without any trouble. Because of my heart condition, I'll need lifelong medication, routine veterinary checkups, and may require more veterinary care than the average dog, but I'm currently happy, comfortable, and enjoying life. My favorite thing in the whole world? People! I absolutely love meeting new friends and am happiest when I'm close to my humans. Foster Mom calls me a "Velcro dog" because I like to keep an eye on her wherever she goes. Someone has to supervise, after all! I'm currently living with three other small dogs and do just fine with them. We peacefully coexist, although I mostly do my own thing. I'm also a proper little lady! I'm potty trained, sleep well in my crate at night, and while I may voice a small protest when I'm crated while everyone leaves the house, I settle down quickly. I'm looking for a forever family who will love me just as much as I'll love them. If you're searching for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to be by your side, I just might be your perfect match. I can't wait to meet you!  An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions. We verify rental policies and adhere to any regulations. Please ensure you understand those restrictions before choosing a dog.          July 8, 2026, 6:36 am

Story
Dastan isn’t just a dog—he’s a loyal, big-hearted companion waiting to be someone’s whole world. This loving boy thrives on attention and affection, and he’s happiest when he can soak up every bit of love you have to give. Dastan would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can truly shine and build a deep, one-on-one bond with his person. If you’re looking for a devoted best friend who will greet you with excitement, stay by your side, and fill your days with warmth, Dastan is ready to give you his whole heart.*Please be aware that he follows a strict low-fat diet, and his treats must be made with limited, simple ingredients. He will also need dental care and vaccinations completed immediately, looking for someone prepared to take that on right away.I am hoping to find a home that understands his needs and is ready to provide the care and attention he deserves. Please only apply if you are confident you can meet these requirements.

Story
Meet Frank the Tank – Your 12 Pound Bundle of Senior Joy!   At 11 years young, Frank the Tank is living proof that the best things come in small, fluffy packages. This adorable Shih Tzu/Maltese mix may be a senior, but don’t let that fool you, he’s got the heart of a puppy and a bounce in his step that’ll make you smile every single day.   Frank is the ultimate love bug. Sweet, cuddly, and endlessly happy, he lights up any room with his outgoing personality. He genuinely loves everyone he meets - kids, adults, strangers, you name it. Whether you’re lounging on the couch or enjoying a gentle stroll, Frank wants to be right there with you, soaking up affection and giving it right back tenfold. His favorite activity? Snuggling into your lap and reminding you why dogs are the best companions on earth.   Why Frank is the perfect addition to your family: Amazing with everyone: Great with children, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is cat-friendly too. Well-behaved gentleman: Fully house trained and crate trained - ready to fit seamlessly into your home. Tiny but mighty: At just 12 pounds, he’s the ideal size for apartments, houses, or anywhere in between. Still spry and playful: That signature “Frank the Tank bounce” on walks shows he’s got plenty of life and love left to share. Frank isn’t looking for a retirement home, he’s looking for his forever family. He’s ready to be your loyal shadow, your daily source of laughter, and the warm little cuddle buddy who makes every day brighter. Senior dogs like Frank often settle in faster, love harder, and appreciate every moment more deeply.   If you’re ready for tail wags, happy bounces, and unconditional love from the sweetest little Tank around, Frank is waiting to steal your heart. Come meet him - you’ll wonder how you ever lived without your very own Frank the Tank!
