Story
Bentley is a very sweet, loving little dog. We are hoping to find a home for him as my mom moved to a senior living facility a couple months ago, and was unable to continue to take care of him. I have him at my house temporarily. He was adopted when he was about 8 years old, We think he’s about 13 now.We cannot keep him long-term as he is a bit afraid of our dog, we travel, and we live in an area with lots of coyotes and no fence. He likes to be close to people, prefers to snuggle next to you on the couch. Once he’s attached he will follow you everywhere. He was recently diagnosed with kidney disease, so we feed him Hills Pet Nutrition prescription….which I will pay for. He has a bit of dementia, he can wander around the house. Pretty much deaf too! Looking for someone with a big heart who wants to have a quiet and snuggly companion for a year or two.

She’s smart, too. She’ll learn a new trick in about two days if treats are involved.She’s also sensitive, and I want to be upfront about that so she lands somewhere right. She was attacked by two dogs when she was younger, so she needs time to warm up to new dogs, and she’s cautious with new people until she knows them. She isn’t always a fan of being picked up, and grooming and car rides make her nervous. She’ll bark when someone’s at the door. With a patient person and a predictable routine, she settles beautifully — she just moves at her own pace, and she’s worth the wait.She’d do best with someone who’s home a good amount, in a calm household.I’ve worked from home with her for five years. I’m relocating to Santa Barbara for school, and finding a room to rent that allows her — even as an ESA — has been genuinely impossible. She deserves a patient, loving home, and I’m looking for the right one.

Our family rescued Jessie during Covid in 2019. She was never the best house-trained dog, but she usually would go outside. Now that she is older, she was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, and she has also lost approximately 80% of her vision. She is a very happy dog and very lovable. Unfortunately, we have two small children, and she has become too much to care for. She does have occasional accidents in the house so she would definitely do better with someone who can tend to her needs. This was a very tough decision, but we need someone who is more suitable to take care of Jessi. Her teeth were recently clean, and she is otherwise in great health.

🐶 Loving Home Needed for Sam — 2-Year-Old Maltipoo We are looking for a loving and responsible new home for our dog Sammy. He is a 2-year-old male Maltipoo, approximately 12 lbs, and he is neutered. Sam is a very sweet, playful, energetic, and affectionate dog. He loves attention, enjoys playing with children, and is very good with them. Sammy does not like being left home alone for long periods of time, so we would prefer a family where someone is usually home, works from home, or can spend plenty of time with him. Please note that Sam is not fully house-trained yet and may have accidents inside the home. He needs to be taken outside regularly and consistently so he can learn to use the bathroom outdoors. His new owner should be patient and willing to maintain a regular walking and potty-training schedule.

Greta is an adorable 18 lb Mini Schnauzer/Poodle mix with the softest white coat, an expressive little face and no tail. She is a happy, well-adjusted girl who is playful, inquisitive and incredibly loving. Greta is smart and alert and wants to be part of whatever is happening in the household. She loves attention, listens well and has a fun, energetic side that comes out when she’s doing zoomies around the yard. She plays well with other dogs and is always enthusiastic about two of her favorite things—dinnertime and treats! Greta is affectionate without being demanding and would make a wonderful little companion. She enjoys being involved with her people and has so much personality packed into her small frame. She also uses a dog door and has very good household manners. Greta previously had surgery for a hematoma on one ear and is now fully vetted and ready for her new home.
