🐾 Meet Duyu 🐾 📍 Current location: South Korea ❤ Age: Approximately 1 year old ❤ Gender: Male / Neutered ❤ Weight: 3 kg ❤ Breed: MALTIPOO ❤ Health: Overall healthy Duyu previously underwent patella (luxating kneecap) surgery and has recovered well. He is currently healthy and ready to find his forever family. 🐶 Personality & Behavior 💖 People-friendly – Duyu is a cheerful, affectionate little dog who loves being around people. He enjoys attention and affection and loves staying close to his humans. 💖 Kid-friendly – He especially loves children and enjoys spending time with them. 💖 Dog-friendly – Duyu gets along well with other dogs and has shown no issues interacting with them. 💖 Cat-friendly – Not tested with cats. ✅ Toilet-trained: Fully pee pad trained ✅ Leash manners: Enjoys walks and walks well on leash ✅ Energy level: Medium to high outdoors, calmer indoors ✅ Favorite activity: Going for walks and exploring outside ✅ Handling: Loves being touched, cuddled, and handled ✅ Escape instinct: None known ✅ Prey drive: Unknown ✅ Guarding tendency: None observed ✅ Crate trained: No 🏡 Additional Notes • Friendly with both men and women • Loves children • Gets along well with other dogs • Apartment living is suitable • Does not require a yard • Prefers being close to his people and often wants to sleep beside them • Has not shown any destructive behavior • May howl when left alone Duyu can be a little cautious indoors and prefers walking on surfaces with mats or rugs. Because of this, he often appears more energetic and confident outdoors, where he truly enjoys exploring and going on walks. 💔 Rescue Story Duyu was sadly surrendered by his previous owner after living with them for a year. Despite losing the only home he knew, Duyu has remained loving, trusting, and affectionate. He continues to greet people with a happy spirit and enjoys every bit of attention and companionship he receives. Now, Duyu is waiting for a forever family who will never give up on him and will give him the love, security, and commitment he deserves for the rest of his life. No one came forward to claim him, so now he's ready to find a family that will never let him wonder where he belongs again. We believe Jeffrey is a Poodle mix, and he'll need regular grooming and brushing to keep his coat from becoming matted. With proper coat care, he'll stay looking handsome and feeling comfortable. Jeffrey is an active, playful boy who enjoys having fun and being around people. He can get a little carried away when he's excited and may give playful "love bites," so he would do best in a home with older, considerate children who understand how to interact appropriately with dogs. He does great with every dog he meets and seems to enjoy canine company. We are unsure how he would do with cats. Jeffrey is neutered, 4DX negative, vaccinated, microchipped, and current on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto. His adoption fee is $500. To apply to adopt Jeffrey, visit www.adoggie4you.org. Born around March 12, 2025, Myles weighs 17.6 pounds and is full of personality. He came to us as part of a 29-dog seizure where, although the dogs were cared for, they didn’t get the individual attention and socialization they needed. Despite that, Myles has proven to be incredibly friendly and people-loving. He thrives on attention and is always excited to be around his humans. Myles would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time, as he truly enjoys companionship and being part of daily life. Myles has also been seen by an ophthalmologist and has cataracts in one eye. He is currently on special eye drops, and we are hopeful for improvement with continued treatment. He also has a playful side—he absolutely loves toys and is always up for some fun. Whether it’s a game of toss or just carrying his favorite toy around, he knows how to enjoy life. He’s currently learning how to walk on a leash and will benefit from a patient adopter who can continue helping him build confidence and skills. With his sweet nature and eagerness to connect, Myles is sure to make a wonderful companion. Myles’ adoption fee is $400. Born around March 11, 2025, this sweet boy weighs 10.8 pounds, making him the perfect size for lap snuggles and companionship. Moe came from a hoarding situation where he was one of 29 dogs, so the big world can feel a little overwhelming at first. Because of this, he may take a few minutes to warm up to new people. But once you approach him calmly and give him a few gentle pets, you can almost see the moment he relaxes—then he quickly becomes your loyal little friend. He gets along great with other dogs and truly enjoys their company. He will need to go to a home with another companion dog to help him feel comfortable and confident. Moe’s best friend here is Mitchell, and they would love to be adopted together. With a patient and loving family who will give him time to settle in, he will blossom into a devoted and affectionate companion.
