Story
Henry is a handsome 2-year-old Malamute mix with a big heart to match his big, fluffy frame! At around 75 pounds, this lovable guy is full of personality, affection, and just the right amount of goofiness.Henry is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and already has great manners—he’s both crate trained and house trained, making him an easy addition to the right home. He enjoys having his own cozy space and settles in well with routine.Because Henry thrives on attention and prefers to be the center of his person’s world, he’s looking for a home where he can be the only dog. He hasn’t been tested with cats or young children, and due to his size and enthusiasm (he doesn’t quite realize how big he is!), a home with no children or older, dog-savvy kids would be the best fit.Henry would do wonderfully with someone who appreciates a larger breed and can give him the love, structure, and companionship he deserves. In return, he’ll offer loyalty, affection, and plenty of tail wags.❤️

Story
LOKI: GOD OF MISCHIEF, PROFESSIONAL VELCRO DOG, AND CERTIFIED GIANT BABY When Loki was adopted as a puppy, everyone thought he would grow into a majestic giant. And he did. What nobody realized was that he'd also grow into a giant who believes his people should remain within petting distance at all times. Loki recently returned to rescue after struggling with separation anxiety. His family experienced some big changes when both his favorite human friend and his dog buddy moved out of the home, and the loss of his daily companions made his anxiety much worse. Being left alone became incredibly stressful for him, and he had a hard time coping. But here's the thing: Loki isn't a bad dog. He's actually a sweet, goofy, affectionate mastiff mix who loves his people with every ounce of his oversized 92lb body. He forms strung bonds, wants to be included in everything, and is happiest when he's surrounded by those he loves. Loki is looking for a home that understands his needs and is committed to helping him continue to build confidence. A family with patience, consistency, and plenty of companionship would be ideal. He'd thrive with people who are home often and willing to help him learn that being alone isn't so scary. As a bonus, this gentle giant is good with other dogs, good with cats, and has never met a couch he didn't think was made specifically for him. If you've ever wanted a shadow the size of a small horse, a snuggle buddy with zero concept of personal space, and a dog who will love you with his whole heart, Loki might be your perfect match! Apply today at wagsandwigglesfw.com to meet the dog who believes that friendship isn't just important - it's a full-time job. Loki is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm preventative.

Story
Tiger has been waiting for his own forever home for over a year. Living in a shelter is not where he wants to be. He is a sweet boy Dog selective however he did ride for hours in a car with Bentley, Snickers, and Twix without any concerns. I believe it is just the kennel that makes him grumbly, who can blame him!

Story
We adopted Darky from the humane Society almost 1.5 years ago. They warned us he has behavior issues. Mainly he cannot get along with other dogs. We never planned on getting a second dog so we didn’t think it would be an issue. We live in a small apartment. When Darky gets the zoomies he runs all over literally bouncing off the walls. I wish we had a yard. We’ve tried taking them to the dog park. But we have to leave if another dog shows up. If he ever sees another dog, he flips out. I’m the only one who can take him on walks. I’m the only one who’s strong enough. My wife has gotten hurt many times trying to take him on walks, and he can literally drag my son. He acts like a great wonderful dog until he sees another dog, and then you better be ready for it because he flips out. When we’re in the apartment and it’s just us and him. He’s wonderful. He’s quiet and very well potty trained. I wish I could get a house. And a yard for him. But I’m still several years, off from that.
