Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Angelia | 2 years old | 65lbs | Good with Dogs | Good with Older Kids | Housetrained Angelina’s story is about a second chance. She was rescued from the shelter with only hours left before being euthanized. When she was there, she was very scared. The shelter was a hard place for her, and she spent almost half of her young life there. Angelina is only 2 years old, and she is now learning what it feels like to be safe and cared for in her foster home. The scared dog who once sat quietly in a kennel is starting to relax and show her sweet, loving personality. She is a beautiful and gentle dog who just needs someone to give her a chance. With a patient and loving family, Angelina has everything it takes to become a wonderful companion and a loyal family dog. The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet.  All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age.  Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed. Story
We found Franklin through a rescue about a year ago. The second we brought him home we knew he was going to be work. We put in hours of training with him, he’s currently on Prozac as well. He has food aggression and resource guards toys and treats. He does live with another big dog, there have been several instances where Franklin would get into fights with his brother over food. He is unable to get along with other dogs and does not do well in public. He cannot be around vacuums or blow dryers or anything that makes noise similar to those. I type all that out first because I want to be clear that Franklin needs someone who knows what they are doing and can accommodate such a large dog with behavioral issues. Now, the other 85% of the time Franklin is the sweetest boy. He loves to cuddle and he absolutely loves attention. He has been my favorite dog and it breaks my heart to be posting this. But Franklin needs to be somewhere where he has space to be alone without the stress of life.
