🖤ADOPT BUBBA🖤 M | 6Y | 43 KG | Mastiff Mix | Neutered | UTD on shots | Crate trained | Good with dogs | Good with cats | Great with Kids | Fully Obedience Trained | Great with new people | Super affectionate | Low-Medium Energy | Certified Chiller | Fostered in London Meet Bubba! This big boy is one of the dogs we were able to pull out of a local shelter with the help of the Bark at the Moon community. If you want a living, breathing teddy bear, then read on. If you hate love and doggy cuddles (are you okay?) then Bubba probably isn't the guy for you. When asked what his worst nightmare is, he said: "A whole day without snuggles." True story. If you like short, slow walks, Bubba's the boy for you. He's more of a "chill night at home" guy than a "long walk on the beach" kind of guy. If those chill nights happen to include training and treats, then congratulations! You've found your way to his huge heart. He's a Tug World Champion. You can count how many times he's lost a game of tug on one paw. If you think you can take him on he's happy to crush your hopes and dreams. But he'll always offer some consolation cuddles to make you feel better. He's great with other dogs, and while he'd love another big fur sibling to play with, he's very respectful of smaller pets as well. He doesn't want it advertised, but he was even caught napping in the same bed with his foster sister, a cat! This softy loves kids (he's just a big kid himself, after all). His foster nephew is his favourite visitor! As with most big dogs, though, he can sometimes forget his size, so he should be supervised around kids who are not dog-savvy. It's safe to say he just loves people in general. If they have hands to pet him, he wants to meet them! Bubba's crate has become a safe space for him to sleep at night and spend workdays in. He has a history of resource guarding, so he eats all of his meals in his crate as well. It's important that his forever family provide that safe space for him. Bubba can't wait to meet his new furrever family, is it you?? https://www.barkatthemoonrescue.ca/dog-adoption-application

Story
Asher has a sense of humor and is always happy!!! He loves playing with toys or just hanging out with you chewing a bone by your feet. His perfect home has no cats, a fenced yard and no dogs he does not like to share his humans. His family older children who are used to big dogs being part of the family. Asher is going to add lots of laughs and joy to a family. He needs a bit of socializing and shown that the world is not as scary as he things it is. He would also benefit from someone who is home more often then not, or who is willing to work on separation anxiety as he has shown some of these behaviors at the shelter.

Story
Pine is a really fun dog to hang out with, loves going for walks and exploring the world with you. He can be a bit reactive at times, and it comes out in really weird places, such as strange people walking by (but not everyone) and if he gets startled. He will need professional training to help him overcome his reactivity in new situations and of other animals. His perfect family has a fenced yard to keep him safe, no small children, no cats or dogs. With a bit of structure and time, Pine will rock it and be a great addition. Once he trusts you, he is so lovely.

Story
Beneath Mac's stoic exterior lies a playful soul yearning for companionship and adventure. Mac's possesses an unwavering loyalty to those he trusts, but his encounters with men in the past have left him wary and apprehensive. Yet, with patience and understanding, he's gradually learning to overcome his fears. His perfect home could have a friendly female dog, older respectful children, a fenced yard if possible and owners who will be willing to help him overcome some of his fears. A good set of classes with committed owners will put this boy in a completely different mind set. This guy is going to make a person never regret their decision by picking him.

Story
Violet has not had the kindest of up bringing that most dogs are lucky enough to have. This sweet girl is very under socialized and will need a bit of help to show her that life is not as scary as she thinks it is but full of adventures, belly rubs, cookies and so much love. Her perfect home has older children who are respectful, a friendly male dog to help build her confidence, no small animals as she seems terrified of them and patient owners who are dedicated to put serious effort in helping this girl learn to enjoy life to the fullest.
