Story
Hi, I'm Lincoln! I'm a young pup full of energy and love. My days are filled with playtime, tail wags, and lots of exploring. I'm always on the move, sniffing out new adventures. I'm a friendly fellow, always ready to make new friends. I may be a bit of a handful at times, but I promise it's all in good fun. I'm learning how to behave and I'm eager to learn more. I'm a sweet boy, always ready to give puppy kisses and cuddle up for a nap. I'm looking for a family who's ready for the joy and work of raising a puppy. My future family should know I have a hear murmur, I am not on any medications at this time but it is unknown how this may change (if it even will) in the future. I promise to bring lots of love and laughter into your life. Will you be my forever home?

Story
Libby is a two-year-old Caucasian Shepherd that was found as a stray. She does have a permanent health condition that makes her Special Needs. We noticed right away that she has a strange gait and we were concerned, so she saw a specialist. The tests showed some undetermined neurological issues and arthritis, as well as dysplasia in all four limbs. This causes her to walk in a wobbly way. These things do not stop this determined, lovable girl ,though. She will &#194&#147run&#194&#148 around the yard and play with the kids, and chew on bones all day long. She is a very unique dog that will need a particular home to spend the rest of her life in. There are some specific requirements for her to safely walk aruond. Minimal stairs, and carpet or a lot of area rugs. The home will also need a gated yard with open access to the door, such as a sliding door, French doors, or a door that is not on a landing or down steps. Most importantly, she needs a home with all the love and kisses to give to her! Regular trips to the groomer Libby is great with kids and has been in her foster home for a few months with 9, 7, and 3 year old kids. She also is currently living with two other large breed dogs. She would likely do best in a home with non guardian breeds, and has not been around smaller dogs. She has only been around cats once that we know of, and she didn't seem like a huge fan of them. Libby is currently on an anti-inflammatory medication twice a day, potentially for the rest of her life, cost is around $60-$70 a month. She is a big girl and with that also comes lots of food. She eats about 7-8 cups of food a day, and the water bowl will always need refilling. Libby is just a big cuddly bear that needs all the love she can get. Please contact us if you have questions or would like an application to adopt. **All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neuter. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV or heartworm, given age-appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this animal a wonderful forever life in a permanent home. Adoption fees are usually $50 for cats and between $150-$250 for dogs, unless the pet is sponsored or we are running a promotion. Please visit our website at sheltertohome.com for information on our adoption process.**July 26, 2024, 7:56 am

Story
Estimated DOB: 2023 Breed: Mastiff Mix Gender: Neutered Male Size: Large, ~65lbs Dog Friendly: Yes Cat Friendly: Unknown Kid Friendly: Prefers adult friends Activity Level: Medium/High Special Needs: At this time, Charlie is hoping to find a forever family that is experienced with, or open to learning more about working with fearful dogs. Since Charlie unfortunately was not ki cared for by his previous owners in the first year of his life. This has results in him being quite fearful of things like new places, people, and loud noises. With guidance from our trainer, Charlie's foster family has been working on desensitizing him to things that he finds scary in order to help him gain more confidence and learn that he is safe in the home.

Story
Apply at www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/sms-a-35 Sweet Momma Gemma is truly child and pup obsessed! She exhibits the most delightful zoomies you could ever witness. She'll politely sit to welcome you at the door or during a stroll, and she's always up for a belly flop to receive some loving belly rubs. Gemma can jump fences, so she requires a yard with at least a 4-foot fence and supervision, or she's content on a leash or long lead. She's familiar with basic commands like 'drop it,' 'leave,' 'sit,' and 'off.' Her favorite playthings are any toys that squeak, especially squeaky balls. We're practicing Fetch, which she adores! Gemma experiences some separation anxiety and thrives in a household where someone is frequently home or can bring her along. She enjoys car rides, especially when they involve pup cups, and she's excellent on walks, savoring her time outdoors. Gemma is house-trained and an affectionate cuddler, happy to sleep in her dog bed or yours, if permitted.
