Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Morticia! Morticia is a spunky, sweet girl who is ready to leave her past behind and find a forever family of her own. She was owner surrendered along with her three puppies, and after all four of them survived parvo, Morticia is ready for the happy chapter she deserves. Morticia is a loving girl who enjoys being around other dogs and absolutely loves spending time in your lap. She may be a little bigger than a 5-pound Chihuahua, but she certainly does not realize it! When she gets excited to see you and wants your attention, she can get a little carried away and may give you an enthusiastic scratch, begging for any attention and love she can get. She just has so much love and excitement to share and doesn't always realize her greetings can be a little too much sometimes. That most likely will all settle down once she realizes she found her forever home. Once you get to know Morticia, it's easy to see what a wonderful girl she is. She is affectionate, playful, happy, and eager to be loved. She would love a family who will appreciate her fun personality and give her the patience and affection she deserves. Adoption fee $300. Morticia is spayed, microchipped, 4DX tested, current on vaccines, and is on ProHeart 12 and Bravecto. She did test positive for anaplasmosis and is finishing treatment. Read more about anaplasma here; Anaplasmosis - Veterinary Partner - VIN https://veterinarypartner.vin.com/default.aspx?pid=19239&id=6191808&sx=326948225&n=1 Morticia is currently in Texas but can travel to Washington, Portland, Oregon, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, Kentucky, and along the East Coast. If transportation is needed, there is an additional $250 transport fee. Unfortunately, due to state regulations, Morticia cannot travel to Rhode Island or Massachusetts.
