He is shy at first with new people. Once he gets to know you he is a snuggly sweet guy. Tag is very sensitive and smart. He is coming out of his shell and amazing transformation. He loves to snuggle. He loves to curl up right on top of you or beside you and just enjoy his time with you. He has been great with dogs that are similar to his size and adapts quickly. He's also got the basics down (kennel trained, potty trained, gets along with other animals) and is ready to find the perfect home. He's pretty vocal when it comes to telling you what he wants. For example, he will bark or whine near the water dish, door (for potty), or food when he wants it. He's so smart and picks up on things pretty quickly.Tag needs time to adjust and decompress in new situations. He is quite skittish and weary of new people. Because he is skittish, he would do best in an all adult home or a home with older, patient children. Darcy is a sweet Miniature Pincher mix. Darcy gets along very well with other dogs and cats. She dances in the morning for her breakfast and is just a little gem of a dog! Nicholas (Nikki) is a beautiful all red Dachshund, Miniature Pinscher Mix. He is 15 weeks old and has beautiful green eyes. He loves people and gets along well with other dogs. He is good with children too. Nikki loves to play and he loves to snuggle and is always willing to settle down with his foster mom for a movie or a good book read. He likes toys to play with and bones to chew. Nikki loves to sun bathe and enjoys running around the yard with his foster friends. Nikki has been neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. He will be a great companion dog and a good friend for another dog in his new home. He is in the process of being housetrained. Because of his age, he should not be in a home where he is left alone all day. We adopted Bailey a year for my elderly mother. She has a dog door at her house, but she has recently had to move into an assisted living facility. Due to her severe arthritis she won’t be able to take him down to the bathroom regularly. Bailey is an incredibly sweet little boy who just wants to loved. He gets along with everyone. I would keep him but I already have 3 dogs and 2 cats.

If you are looking for a beautiful larger-than-life (demeanor and size) here is your girl. Bella was surrendered to rescue after being found at a school. Bella had recently had puppies that were not found with her. We think Bella is about 2 years old. Bella LOVES squeaky toys and belly rubs. She will curl up next to you and flip over for tummy rubs. Her only flaw is that when she does not get your attention she will paw at your arm to let you know she expects your undivided attention.
