Story
I've had my dog since 2017 when I adopted him as a 3 month old puppy. Unfortunately, as life has progressed, my job demands have changed and I am required to travel frequently or spend long hours at the office. My dog often has to be alone for too many hours in a single day and I don't think that is a fair life for him or any dog/pet. He is a loving dog that deserves a good home.

Story
Rosa: 3 yr old black & tan female, spayed, undocked tail & uncropped ears, 10.5”, 12.0 lbs, rescued from a shelter. Sweet little Rosa was hit by a car and abandoned at a vet. She is healed now and ready for her forever home. Rosa loves her pack and is protective of it. She is very affectionate and loves to give doggy kisses. She is housetrained using a doggy door. Once she gets to know other dogs, she is friendly and playful. She is good on a leash and amuses everyone by chasing her tail. Rosa doesn’t care for cats, and we don’t know how she is with children. Anyone adopting Rosa will have an adorable little gal. It is preferred that anyone adopting Rosa live within 200 miles of the Sacramento area where she had her medical treatment. Note: Rosa is located in Roseville, CA - and we will not fly her. IMPS Tag: 29895 If you wish to adopt, please fill out our IMPS Min Pin Adoption Application If you have previously submitted an Application form, there is no need to re-apply. Story
Meet Jill- This darling black/rust gem is approximately 3 years old, 10 inches tall and 8.5 lbs. Her natural ears and tail add to her beauty, and she will undoubtedly win your heart once you view this adorable video of her insisting on attention: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2DySmZxWK4s Jill loves her humans and will smother you with puppy kisses to let you know how much she appreciates her second chance. She gets along with the other resident dogs in the home, but she does like to be front and center and would do well as an only dog or with another dog that tends to be more submissive. Jill is house-trained using a dog door and does well in a crate. If you’d like to be considered as Jill’s forever home, please submit an application using the following link: https://www.minpinrescue.org/home.html Note: Jill is located in Northern California (Placer County) and we will not fly this girl. She is available for adoption to California residents or possibly bordering states. The adopter selected for her must be willing to meet at or near her location. IMPS Tag Number: 29900 If you have previously submitted an application there is no need to reapply.

NAME:TagSTATS:Male, Min Pin, 10 years, 10 lbs.TEMPERAMENT:Shy at first and when he feels safe, he is your best snuggle buddy..SKILLSPotty trained.Crate trained.Leash trained.Older children only.Good with dogs.Good with cats.Would make a great hiking buddy.MORE ABOUT ME:Likes belly rubs.Couch cuddler.Likes walks.Needs patient owner willing to work on behavior (see details below).ONE LAST THING:Tag is a gorgeous red Miniature Pinscher. He is shy at first with new people. Once he gets to know you he is a snuggly sweet guy. Tag is very sensitive and smart. He is coming out of his shell and amazing transformation. He loves to snuggle. He loves to curl up right on top of you or beside you and just enjoy his time with you. He has been great with dogs that are similar to his size and adapts quickly. He's also got the basics down (kennel trained, potty trained, gets along with other animals) and is ready to find the perfect home. He's pretty vocal when it comes to telling you what he wants. For example, he will bark or whine near the water dish, door (for potty), or food when he wants it. He's so smart and picks up on things pretty quickly.Tag needs time to adjust and decompress in new situations. He is quite skittish and weary of new people. Because he is skittish, he would do best in an all adult home or a home with older, patient children. Loud noises or quick movements make him nervous, so patience and a semi-quiet home would be best.May 11, 2024, 4:40 pm
