Meet Jeffrietta! After doing an amazing job raising seven puppies (the famous 'Jeff' litter), this sweet mama is finally ready for a home of her own!
She came to us from an overcrowded West Virginia shelter with all seven of her babies still nursing. Now that her pups are weaned and beginning their own adventures, it’s her turn to be spoiled.
We believe she’s a 3½-year-old Poodle mix, weighing about 43 pounds, and she has the sweetest, happiest disposition. She’s always excited to see her people and seems to approach life with a little extra joy.
Outside, she loves to frolic around the yard, sometimes literally hopping through the grass, before flopping onto her back for a good roll in a shady spot.
She’s friendly with dogs, cats, and kids, and she’s already crate trained and potty trained. She has been such a gentle, attentive mama, but underneath all that responsibility is a wonderfully goofy, affectionate dog who is ready to have someone take care of her for a change.
If you’re looking for a sweet, social, happy companion who has plenty of love left to give, this mama might just be your girl.
Jeffrietta is fostered in the Cincinnati area. Her adoption fee is $275.00.

All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals.
