Hi There!! Lucy Here, born in rescue in 2014 with 7 other siblings to our Mama Mercedes. I am a sweet girl, very quiet and loving, gentle, obedient and good on leash and love long walks and can walk 3 miles! I love car rides and outdoor dining with you as we are well behaved!. I was available for adoption with my brother Chuck, we looked alike in our faces but not our body, Rescue thinks that Mom was a Puggle and Dad a Schnauzer. All us puppies and Mama were adopted in 2014, we had a family of our own to share, a Mom, Dad our own little girl and a fur sister...We were happy....Then, Our family returned my brother and I to the rescue June 2019, 5yrs later! Why? Because our Dad adopted a pitbull after they adopted us, and they already had a King Charles Cavalier... Why did he do that? who knows ... and that dog was picking on my brother Chuck, and human Mom was too stressed out to handle a new baby and the attacks... So we came back to our Rescuer in search of a loving, quiet home to retire in and take our walks.... we were in foster care a long time till our foster parents decided to travel, and then we became semi permanent residents of our rescuer… my sweet brother Chuck recently crossed over rainbow bridge and I am alone now… I would love nothing more than to be with an active Elder person or couple that takes walks and enjoys my company…. I’m a diamond in the rough I may not be beautiful outside but I’m beautiful inside I’m loyal, dedicated, and obedient… Will you let me spend my final chapters with you? Meet Heidi, a sweet 23 lb. Mini Schnauzer who's looking for her forever home. She's super chill, loves hanging out with her humans, and gets along great with other calm dogs. Heidi is the momma of the pack at heart, always ready for cuddles or a nap on the couch or her dog bed. She is crate trained and sleeps peacefully through the night, but if you want her beside you in bed, she'll be more than happy with that too! She is leash-trained and enjoys short walks and is also potty-trained. She will wait by the door until you let her out. Heidi's an affectionate girl who would be a great fit for anyone looking for a calm, loving companion. She had some dry skin when she arrived here, but after changing her diet and using a prescribed shampoo from our vet, she has been showing great improvement. Heidi will be spayed, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and will have dental work done in the next week or so. Her adoption fee is $2,300. It will cover her spay, microchip (lifetime registration), vaccinations, dental, and extra anesthesia/iv fluid time. The care and training we have personally done since the time she has been with us until she finds her forever home. We're located in Hesperia, CA. but can arrange transportation anywhere in the U.S. if needed so long as the adopter covers the cost. Meet Sally. She is a miniature schnauzer- poodle mix. She turned 1 on 11/27/24. She is a smaller size for her breed and at a very healthy weight. She has been spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and had dental/ears examined which went great. She is ready to find a home all her own. She is house trained and will go outside as needed to do her business. She is also crate trained and will often put herself to nap or sleep in her crate. She knows which crate is hers and happily jumps in when she’s ready for rest. While she hasn’t slept in the room with us at night, she enjoys spending time there during the day and loves being part of the activities, even if it just means more beds and toys. She is leash trained and walks confidently on a leash when she is familiar with the person walking her. She gets along wonderfully with all dogs alike and is well-behaved at home, never getting into things she shouldn’t. She’s not a barker but will alert you to unfamiliar sounds. She is a fantastic companion on road trips of any length and loves her spa days with the groomer, eagerly awaiting praise for her beauty afterward. She is good with men, women, and children, though she does take some time to warm up to new people. She tends to be cautious at first, ensuring that people’s intentions with her are sincere. We have a transport set up to head to NorCal/Oregon on Jan 31 and would love to add her to our trip. Her adoption fee is $1,500. It covers the cost of her care, grooming, and training she has received during her time with us. Located in Hesperia, CA we offer out-of-state adoptions and can arrange transportation to your location, provided that the transport expenses are covered.
