Story
Meet Spot, a one-and-a-half-year-old female Miniature Schnauzer/yorkie mix with a gentle heart and a soulful gaze that will melt you in seconds. 💕 Spot is a sweet, sensitive girl who truly blossoms in the company of other dogs. Having a confident canine buddy by her side helps her feel safe and brings out her playful, happy spirit. Whether it’s following her dog friend around the yard, snuggling up for a nap nearby, or learning the ropes from a furry role model, Spot thrives when she’s not alone. She has a soft, affectionate nature and forms deep bonds with her people. While she may be a little shy at first, patience and kindness help her open up into the loyal, loving companion she’s meant to be. Once she trusts you, she’ll happily stay close, soaking up gentle pets and quiet moments together. Spot would do best in a home with another friendly dog who can show her the world isn’t so scary. With the right match, she’ll continue to grow in confidence and let her sweet personality shine. If you’re looking for a tender-hearted girl who just needs a buddy (and a little love) to feel her best, Spot might be your perfect match. 🐾 Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. Story
Meet Shadow Jayden, a 5-year-old, 13-pound Schnauzer mix with a complex heart and a story that’s still unfolding. Shadow came to us from another shelter and has been struggling to feel safe and settled in the kennel environment. Shadow is a highly fearful and reactive dog who finds new people and situations overwhelming. He is especially reactive around barriers. Because of this, Shadow will need a very experienced, patient, and dog-savvy adopter or rescue partner who understands how to work with fear-based behaviors. While he’s doing okay with his potty training, he’ll need continued consistency and a calm, structured environment to thrive. Leash training has been challenging due to his reactivity, and he will need slow, positive reinforcement to help him feel more secure. Shadow Jayden isn’t ready for the average home—but with the right person who’s willing to give him time, space, and understanding, we believe there’s potential for him to begin healing. He needs someone who sees beyond his fear and is committed to helping him feel safe in a world that’s been very scary so far. Adoption fee is: $150 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. Meet Vince Moretti ✨a tiny schnauzer mix with a gentle soul ✨ 2 yrs old, weighing about 12 lbs, this boy is as sweet as they come—even if the world still feels a bit big and scary right now. Gentle encouragement, patience, and a peaceful home will help this sweetheart continue to blossom. Vince is looking for a kind, understanding family who will let trust grow slowly and celebrate every small victory. In return, you’ll gain a loyal little companion whose love is soft, sincere, and incredibly special. 🐾💕 Adoption fee is: $400 ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract.
