WILBUR Schnauzer Mix Male White & Grey 10 years old 22 lbs ​ Meet Wilbur - a delightful and loving companion. This sweet boy has not only won the hearts of his foster family but has also shown himself to be well-behaved and eager to please. Upon his rescue, Wilbur received vital medical and dental care he needed due to lack of care in his previous life. Whether on a walk, receiving affection, engaging in a game of fetch, or peacefully snoozing on his bed, Wilbur's contentment shines through. This affectionate pup loves being close to his humans but also appreciates some quiet time alone. His food motivation serves as an excellent tool in training commands like "come," "sit," and "stay." Wilbur is completely house-trained, displaying cues when ready to go outside. While he walks well on a leash, he can be cautious around people and other dogs, occasionally barking as a protective measure. Initial caution is advised when introducing him to other dogs. Wilbur's gentle nature is apparent in his interactions, although he doesn't fare well with cats. Wilbur is not just a deserving rescue; he's a canine companion ready to bring joy and companionship to his forever home.
