Say howdy to Patsy! If you're looking for a sweet friend to cuddle up with, She's Got You. She likes to go Walkin' After Midnight (more like a refreshing morning walk, but Patsy Cline didn't have a song with that name). She also loves to go Crazy and play tug with her stuffed toys. There will be no Leavin' On Your Mind when you meet her, unless she is leaving with you. Come visit Patsy at NHA and make all her Sweet Dreams come true!

Story
Sweet Coraline is a bit of medical mystery as she seems to have had some struggles walking at times in the past while at Williamson County and the diagnosis seems to land on a possible neck injury that could be coupled with what is basically Long COVID type physical or neurological challenges from being exposed to the Disptemper Virus as a very young puppy. She will be visiting a neurologist middle of December so we will know more then.  The things we have learned about Coraline in the time she has been with us is that she is VERY sweet, gets extremely carsick, LOVES to run, jump and play hard with other dogs but can be anxious when crossing different types of flooring, entering and exiting a doorway, and is fearful of stairs, but having another doggy friend seems to help immensely so Coraline needs to go to a home with another pup that likes to play. She is very gentle with people and toys but does love a good bout of rough play with her doggo friends! She has also done great with cats on her Bonaparte's Breakouts!December 7, 2023, 12:31 pm

Story
They call me Bella – which is a pretty common name, but I am not a common dog. I have overcome some pretty surmountable odds in my 4-ish years, and I’m here to show the world that we can all do hard things and be better for it. I am a lover of people, car rides, long walks, tennis balls, squeaky and tug toys. My dream is to have a fenced yard to play in and a family to call my own. The people at Agape don’t know anything about me before I was left in their parking lot tied to a car, but they believe I lived a sheltered, isolated life. I don’t have many “dog skills”, so would likely be best as the only dog in the home. I haven’t been around children much, so older kids, if any, would be best for me. I was fostered with cats for a time and didn’t seem to care. What I do care about are my toys! I LOVE toys, to the point that I take them all into my crate and sleep with them so we are all safe. I am house-trained, and crate-trained (I like my alone time too), I’m social with my humans and I really do love to play. I’ve even been spayed and am up-to-date with my vaccines and am happy and healthy. The hard things…well, those are behind me now, but if you have hard things, let’s take a chance and work through it together!
