Hi! My name is Chelsea! The shelter is my current home, but I'm looking for something a little more permanent. I've grown up here and even though I am comfortable with my shelter family, I may be a little shy with new people. I need a proper introduction with people and new animals. After a few days to get used to my new surroundings, I'll blossom into the fun loving dog I am. I like to run and play with my siblings and I always like to greet you with a smile. If you are interested in opening up your heart and home to a shelter dog in need, I could be the one!

Story
Ya’ll lookin for the perfect mix of sweetness, soft demeanor and soulful eyes? Well, look no further! I’m Brady, a 5 month Mountain Cur mix boy who was turned in to a high kill shelter due to NO FAULT of my own other than being a pup! Yep, you got it! Guess they’s decided no longer wanted me. Although a pup, I’m a gentle boy with a dark muzzle, dark eye brow highlights and dark endearing eyes that look up as if to say “Here I am, I’m your one and only”. Great with other dogs, adults and kids, I dose run, play and get into some mischief, but with guidance I’ll be the bestest bud you ever would want. Guessed to end up being a medium sized boy once my growing stops, I’ll be just the right size for any situation. Applications now being accepted. Don’t miss out on me, honestly, I am going ta be a special boy, just give me a chance. Kennel License #7198 To submit an adoption application, visit mollysplacerescue.org. Story
I'm Elsa, a 6-month-old black tricolor Mountain Dog mix with a heart full of love to give! 🐕 I'm already spayed and ready for my forever home, and I genuinely enjoy the company of other dogs — we can be best friends together. At 45 pounds and still growing, I'll be the perfect medium to large sized companion for your home. I'm friendly, and playful, so there's never a dull moment with me around. I am great in my crate and have not had any accidents in the house. I'm not familiar with leash walking, so I will need some work feeling comfortable with going places on a leash. Luckily I am treat motivated and should be easy to train. ❤️ My adoption fee is $500, and I'm excited to meet the family that will help me grow into the amazing dog I'm meant to be. Come visit me soon — I can't wait to give you all the love I have! 🎉

These pups are in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania too!

Story
MEET CHAI! Chai is a 3-year-old, 53-lb Catahoula mix who is as sweet and affectionate as they come. This handsome boy truly loves being close to his people and feels happiest when he can see what his humans are up to.Chai prefers not to be left alone and does best when his crate is set up in a room where he can feel included—he just wants to be part of the family. He’s a smart, eager-to-please pup who already knows sit, down, and even an adorable “play dead” trick! He’ll also spin in a circle on a hand signal and enjoys showing off his skills, especially when food is involved.Chai appears to be house trained and gets along well with other dogs of all sizes. He’s playful and would love a dog buddy who actually wants to romp and play with him. He likes kids and has not yet been tested with cats.On leash, Chai can be a bit of a puller, but with consistency and positive reinforcement (especially treats!), he should improve quickly. If you’re looking for a loyal, people-loving companion with brains, personality, and a big heart, Chai is your guy. Located in Houston, TX Transport available to most states for a $300 fee

In the cases where the pet is somewhere other than Arkansas, it will be noted beside the name of the pet.6/19/26 Ok everyone, Montana has been waiting way too long and I have not done a very good job of posting her. So, give this beauty some shares! Meet beautiful Montana! She was found as a stray and never claimed. She is a very good girl. She is friendly and good natured. Gets along well with other dogs, cats, and kids. We believe she is a young adult, about 2 years old. We do not know her breed, we only have her looks to go by. Montana is a graduate of the Paws in Prison program where she lived with inmate trainers for 8 weeks and met weekly with a certified dog trainer. She learned all the basics while there including sit, down, stand, focus, wait, release stay, front/side heel sit, come, leave it, easy, kennel, roll over and play dead! While she knows these commands, she’s a bit independent and will ignore the commands She does need to work on her leash manners too. She is high energy! She is good with other dogs but doesn't always take their cues when they've had enough playing or enough of her in their face. She is spayed, UTD on vaccines, microchipped and on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. Montana is located in Arkansas. She can be adopted locally, but transport is available to the New England area as well. Adopter must be able to pick up or arrange for someone to pick up for them in PA, NJ, or CT on Saturdays. Please share! She is all the things. A stunning beauty, heartwarmingly affectionate, and playfully mischievous in the most innocent way. She follows some basic commands such as “sit”, is house trained, and very food motivated. We believe her to be a Great Dane mix, with possibly a dash of Mastiff thrown in there. Maybe some Catahoula? We don’t know for sure. At about 80 lbs and just over a year old, she could still grow some. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and is current on flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
