__________
Shawn is from the Mountain Litter — a group of 10 adorable puppies rescued from a high-kill shelter in Georgia. Shawn was adopted this past summer, but was recently returned due to his owners going through a divorce and being unable to keep him in their new living situation. Through no fault of his own, he is once again looking for a loving home.
Now about 6 months old, Shawn is a super cute, happy, and friendly Mountain Cur mix who gets along with everyone he meets. He’s social, affectionate, and loves being part of the action — whether that’s playing with toys, exploring his surroundings, or soaking up attention from his people. He has an easygoing, joyful personality and brings plenty of tail wags and smiles wherever he goes.
Shawn has already experienced life in a home and understands the basics of being a family dog, but like any young dog, he will benefit from continued training and consistency. He’s eager to learn and would thrive with a family willing to help him continue growing into a well-mannered companion.
