Story
Hello, my name is Luca and I am an incredibly adorable puppy with a very playful and friendly personality! One of my most favorite things is getting butt scratches!! One of my other favorite things is going to the dog park! My foster family loves my wrinkley head and think it’s hilarious I look like an old man. Warning: I think I’m a lap dog! I love to romp around and play with my favorite toys, but I'm also very athletic and would love to go on runs with you when I get older! Check out the video of me showing off my zoomies!! I am very good with other dogs, and I think I would get along with yours too! I'm also very friendly, and I love to give kisses to everyone I meet. I was born on February 20th, 2025, so I am still a baby, which means I need a family who can give me lots of love, patience, and attention. I am crate trained and potty trained when on a schedule! My parents are unknown, so its a mystery where I got my charming good looks and playful demeanor. Words honestly can’t described what an absolute sweetheart I am, so you probably should just fill out an application to meet me! Check out our Facebook page or fill out an application on our website (https://www.tailsoftheforgottenpaws.org/)! I can't wait to find my forever home and bring joy to my future family!

Without a home commitment, he will not be able to make the trip. Alfie’s story is one of survival and second chances. This 3–4-year-old boxer mix was found as a stray and ended up in a kill shelter in Arkansas. He was saved in the nick of time before euthanasia and has been living in a foster home since August while completing heartworm treatment. Now that he has finished his treatment, Alfie is ready to head north and begin the life he has always deserved. We do not know what happened to him before he was rescued, but he does have an old injury to his right eye and the side of his head. It does not seem to bother him at all, and he remains an A+ good boy through and through. Alfie is gentle, sweet, affectionate, and easygoing. He is good with dogs, cats, and kids, which makes him a wonderful fit for many types of homes. He is potty trained, crate trained, and weighs about 30 pounds.
