Story
Chance is an amazing, sweet and loving senior Malinois/Shepherd, approximately 10 years old. We recently rescued him after he was found roaming the streets, and in the short time he has been with us, he has shown us what a wonderful dog he is. He loves people, is affectionate and calm in the home, fully house trained, and great on a leash. He gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and with cats. He is healthy, vaccinated, microchipped, and recently had extensive dental work completed. Unfortunately, we know nothing about his previous history with young children, and because we have young grandchildren, we’ve made the very difficult and emotional decision to find him a home without young children. Chance deserves a loving, stable home with someone who will appreciate this amazing boy and give him the wonderful senior years he deserves.

My name is Penny! I am a happy young mutt. My story began when I was found by my dad with my brother, Coco, in a local landfill. I was very happy with my dad and brother, but unfortunately, my dad passed away suddenly. I have been with his friend since then, but he has to move now and can't take us with him, so we need a new home—hopefully one that can take us both together.Penny is:• Spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations until 2027• Housetrained• Very scared of loud noises like fireworks and thunderstorms• Not currently leash trained or crate trained• Nervous about car rides and vet visits (I take Trazodone to help me stay calm)I am a sweet girl who loves love and pats. Because of my history with loud machinery, I need someone who will be patient with me while I learn to feel safe.💰 Rehoming fee: $25

Story
Coco was found at a local landfill close to where heavy equipment was operating which has made him shy and anxious. He is a curious and gentle dog and wants to be close to his human when he isn't sunning himself in the yard. Due to his background he would need someone experienced and patient to help him thrive. His dad passed away and where I am moving, I cannot bring him and his sister. He does have some food issue as he prefers to eat his sister's food first then his own. He has not shown food aggression with people just his sister but feeding them separately has solved that problem. He is a low to moderate energy level dog and is happy chasing his sister around the yard. I don't know how he would do with other animals or children as he has not been around them. He is house broken as long as he has access to the yard. He does have travel anxiety which the vet has given him a mild sedative (trazodone). It would be ideal to be rehomed with his sister.

Loki loves to walks and going on hikes. He plays fetch and can be a super sweet yet shy boy. He is a goofball and has a unique howl when prompted. He also isn't much of a barker.He has not been around other dogs outside of our household, so we can't confidently say how he would do with unfamiliar dogs without a proper introduction.He does well with older children, but we are specifically looking for a home without babies or young children. Since bringing our baby home, Loki has growled at our baby on a couple of occasions. We don't want to ignore the warning signs or put either Loki or our baby in a situation where something could happen. We feel that finding him a home better suited to him is the responsible choice.We would love for Loki to go to a home with an active household. Someone who can take him on walks and hikes is where he would thrive.

Molly is a sweet girl who loves to spend time with people. She does struggle with cats so is best suited for homes without cats. She is roughly 6-6.5 years old.My brother found Molly about 4.5 years ago in a strip mall and my mother adopted her. Unfortunately my mother passed away from cancer. I am fostering her now but I am unable to keep Molly long term as I already have two other dogs. She has attacked cats in my mother’s care. However she is very gentle and sweet with humans.She is currently in Northern California.
