Hello, I adopted Wilson from Stanislaus County animal shelter early this year. He was on their danger list. He was known at the shelter as being the friendliest dog. They would use him to see if new incoming dogs were friendly. Upon bringing him home he wanted to meet my existing dogs right away. I planned to wait a few days but he could not wait. He loved them immediately and they loved him. The reason I have to rehome is that in April, he slipped his lead and broke into a coop and killed 12 of our chickens. We continued to work with him by training him that chickens were pets also. Everything seemed well until yesterday. My husband arrived home to find him slipped off his lead again and this time he broke into 3 coops and proceeded to kill 35 of our chickens. He would benefit from a home with a large yard, other dogs and no chickens or rabbits. He loves running along side you and has tons of love to give. He quickly grew in my heart and it pains me to have to rehome him. Thank you.

Rescued from a Los Angeles shelter, she’s been soaking up the comforts of foster home life and showing just how loving she is. She’s a people-oriented pup who has done well with kids and absolutely loves affection—belly rubs are her favorite! After some playtime, Honey is happy to curl up next to you for cuddles. She’s not much of a barker, sleeps well through the night, and settles in nicely at home. One of Honey’s most adorable quirks is how she plays—she’ll happily hop around the backyard like a little bunny, often with a stuffed toy in her mouth. It’s earned her the nickname “Honey Bunny,” and it’s guaranteed to make you giggle! Honey is potty trained, has no dietary restrictions, and is comfortable wearing a harness. She’s still building her confidence on walks and continues to improve with consistency and encouragement. Honey gets excited when she sees other dogs and is still learning how to stay calm in those moments. Because of this, she would likely do best as the only dog in the home, where she can relax and focus on her people. Honey is a loyal, affectionate companion who will thrive with an adopter ready to give her a little guidance, lots of love, and a cozy place to call her own.

Hi everyone, I'm rehoming this sweet girl for my grandparents. She was going to be euthanized so they took her in but they are at a point where they can't take care of her and I want to make sure she is well taken care of. She's really sweet and gentle, but does have a tendency to run out the door so you have to be mindful about that. She's a mix so I'm not exactly sure what breed she is but she's calm and loves being around her people.
