Story
Flower was a shelter dog. He is now about 3 years old. I went through a divorce and my ex-husband now refuses to help with Flower. As a single mom, I am struggling to give sweet Flower the life he deserves. This is an honest description of Flower: Kind-hearted, cuddly, friendly, non-threatening, energetic, and likes to fetch, play and chew his toys. He loves kids and other dogs and let's cat's be the boss. He is fantastic on a leash, unless he sees a dog in which case he will pull to get closer, but he doesn't bark. If you let him off leash he stays close to you. If it would work for an adopter, I would love for my kids and me to help out with walking him or providing petsitting after he is adopted. We would love to help Thank you so much for considering Flower.

Story
This sweet boy wandered into our yard. He was scanned for a microchip and unfortunately does not have one. Our veterinarian estimates he is approximately 7–8 months old. He has received his rabies vaccine, Bordetella vaccine, and dewormer, and had a veterinary exam. He is overall healthy, just a little underweight. He is an absolutely stunning dog with a light cream/tan coat that appears almost white in the sunlight, striking blue eyes, and a pink nose. Pictures truly do not do him justice. He is friendly, affectionate, eager to please, and already knows some basic commands, including sit. He walks well on a leash and has been very sweet with people. We would love to keep him ourselves, but we already have multiple dogs, including an adult male Belgian Malinois who does best as the only male dog in the home. Because of that, we are looking for a loving family, foster, or rescue that can give this young boy the attention and stability he deserves.

Story
Honey is a nearly one-year-old bully mix with a personality as sweet as her name! Rescued from a Los Angeles shelter, she’s been soaking up the comforts of foster home life and showing just how loving she is. She’s a people-oriented pup who has done well with kids and absolutely loves affection—belly rubs are her favorite! After some playtime, Honey is happy to curl up next to you for cuddles. She’s not much of a barker, sleeps well through the night, and settles in nicely at home. One of Honey’s most adorable quirks is how she plays—she’ll happily hop around the backyard like a little bunny, often with a stuffed toy in her mouth. It’s earned her the nickname “Honey Bunny,” and it’s guaranteed to make you giggle! Honey is potty trained, has no dietary restrictions, and is comfortable wearing a harness. She’s still building her confidence on walks and continues to improve with consistency and encouragement. Honey gets excited when she sees other dogs and is still learning how to stay calm in those moments. Because of this, she would likely do best as the only dog in the home, where she can relax and focus on her people. Honey is a loyal, affectionate companion who will thrive with an adopter ready to give her a little guidance, lots of love, and a cozy place to call her own.

Story
Jett was found wandering in my friend’s orchard in Escalon over a year ago. My mom was looking for a dog, so she became his caretaker. The vet thinks Jett is roughly 7 years old. He was neutered and chipped, but no one registered the chip and attempts to find his home through posts on social media were unfruitful. He has been a good companion for my mom, but after undergoing open heart surgery, caring for Jett has become too much, so I’m helping her find him a permanent home.Jett might be part husky - he talks like one! But he has short little legs, like he’s also part dachshund or corgi? He is an affectionate, gentle guy, who loves walks and just wants to be by your side in general. He is not aggressive at all - in fact, my mom says he’s scared of more things than she is! He is food-motivated and could probably learn more commands with consistent training. If you’re looking for a chill dog, not a barker, that’s not too big, and not too small, Jett might be a good fit for you!

Story
Benny is a 9-year-old Pit Bull/Labrador mix who has been a cherished member of our family for the past three years after we adopted him from a local shelter. He is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. Benny is incredibly gentle, rarely barks, doesn't jump on people, and has a calm, laid-back personality. He loves to cuddle, enjoys being around his people, and is affectionate with everyone he meets. He is house-trained, does all of his potty business outside, and is perfectly comfortable being left home alone for several hours. Benny does have skin allergies that require medication. Unfortunately, the cost of his ongoing medications and the veterinary care he currently needs has become more than our family can afford. This has been an incredibly difficult decision, but we want to do what's best for him and find a family who can provide the medical care he deserves. He does shed, but his loving temperament, easygoing nature, and wonderful manners make him an amazing companion.
