Orthos is a lovable dog but only with adults. He has been trained and is very needy with love. Unfortunately he hasn’t been a fan of our toddler. He gets very tense whenever he walks by and has occasionally growled at our son. He did try and nip another child. But otherwise is really loving.

Vanessa is a good dog unfortunately our schedules changed I feel bad not being able to give her the attention she deserves

Khali is a sweet dog that we adopted from the animal shelter.At the time my youngest daughter was 2 years old and she has always been very gentle with her and all of us. She has never played rough or bitten anyone. She loves cuddles and belly rubs. She is very affectionate. She is fully grown to her adult size. She has been with us for 2 years but due to some unforeseen medical conditions we are unable to care for her in the way she deserves.She is a good dog indoors but really could benefit from big outdoor spaces.I am also military and being stationed elsewhere and would really love to find her a loving home.She is crate trained and willing to give her crate w/ her adoptive family.

Lily is a sweet 5.5 year old Mexican street dog, probably a shepherd mix. She was rescued as a puppy at the top of the Mirador del Cristo overlook in Taxco, Mexico. Lily is a gentle soul. Timid at first, she warms up very quickly to anyone taking care of her. Lily loves to give kisses and stare into your eyes while you stroke her face.Lily is 65 pounds, housetrained, and up to date on vaccines. She had knee surgery for a torn ligament a couple years ago and recovered well.Lily has been living with two other dogs. She has never lived with children or cats. Due to challenging family, financial, and medical circumstances, her current owner needs to find a new home for her.

Abby is a well behaved dog and likes to be with people. My daughter got her as a puppy, moved out and now can't have her.We have her but work a lot and she would do much better with a person home more. She's good outside when we leave, will go to her bed. Sleeps in her bed by our bed, quiet all night. She is a lover, sweet, has deep brown eyes that look into yours and she is smart. She is about 8 years old, not sure of her breed but somehow has Chihuahua in her. She is a bit overweight as she had free rein to duck food on her property, but back to 2 meals a day. I would say she is about 30 lbs. She loves walks and is really good off leash as well. Come meet her if you are around the house more than we are, I think she would be happier and my 19 year old cat feels intruded on even if Abby wants to play.

Remi is a lovable 2-year-old “Super Mutt” with a unique mix of Poodle, Pomeranian, and Chihuahua (confirmed by her DNA report!). She’s a small-to-medium-sized pup with a beautiful dapple coat and an irresistibly cute face.We adopted Remi from a local rescue over a year ago, hoping she would be a companion for our 3-year-old Dachshund. With his black-and-white coat and loving personality, he’s sure to steal your heart. Corbin and his brothers, Casey and Cole, were heartbreakingly dumped in the country near a busy highway. Thankfully, a kind Good Samaritan rescued them and brought them to safety at AFC. Now, Corbin is ready to leave his rough start behind and find a forever home filled with love. As a young puppy, Corbin will need guidance with house training and will require leash training once he’s fully vaccinated. He is scheduled to be neutered and has already been microchipped, dewormed, and treated for fleas—so he’s off to a great start!
