Story
Bambi is one of the sweetest and most kind dogs I have ever found on the streets. She is a stray from around Covid time and adjusted super quickly. She gets her spurts of the zoomies every now and again but will cuddle on the couch or run around outside, whatever her person is doing so is she. She is house trained, have not had accidents since she’s been with us and it’s been since 2023. She gets along with our older male but does not like our small female, possibly just a hunting type dog with those instincts to hold down and our dog is not okay with that. Really just want a loving home for her, best with no other dogs but could maybe do a chill male companion. Safe and loving home only!

Story
She is a loyal dog who forms strong bonds with her people and enjoys being included in daily life. Penny came into our home during a difficult time and has taught us a lot about patience, training, and the importance of understanding a dog’s individual needs. She is happiest when she has clear structure, consistency, and an owner who is willing to continue building her confidence. Penny can be anxious in new situations and may be reactive around unfamiliar people, animals, or environments. Because of this, she would do best with an experienced dog owner who understands canine body language and positive reinforcement training. She has been muzzle-trained and crate-trained, which helps her feel secure and sets her up for success. Once Penny trusts you, she is affectionate, devoted, and eager to be by your side. She is a smart girl who enjoys learning and benefits from both mental and physical exercise. We love Penny and want to find her a home where she can be successful long-term.

Story
We adopted Kai from a family friend when he was 4 weeks old. He was the runt of the litter and his mother had rejected him. We bottle-fed him for weeks until we was ready to have soft food. Kai is a very anxious dog. He will bark at an animal or person he doesn't know, but if he is familiar he will shower them with love. He's spent his whole life around other dogs so he is totally fine sharing a space with them but may be apprehensive at first. We had 2 kittens for about a month and he was scared of them, but otherwise he was fine with cats too. Kai is house trained (he trained himself; he'll only go in the house in an absolute emergency and no one is around to take him outside) and he is crate trained. He loves to suck on blankets, so make sure to keep one around just for him!Kai requires a lot of attention and exercise. He has bad separation anxiety (being in a crate helps keep him calm). He loves playing with people and loves running, so a big open yard or lots of walks are a must.

(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Our son has significant respiratory issues, so his pediatrician has recommended a pet-free home. Lila (pronounced LEE-luh) is house-trained, quiet, intelligent, playful, and affectionate. She loves to sleep near her people, is calm and well-behaved, and can be trusted home alone without being destructive or chewing on personal belongings. The only exception was the time she helped herself to a loaf of bread left on our dining room table. Lila does best with a proper introduction to new dogs. We'd recommend keeping her separate but within sniffing distance for about a day before allowing them to share the same space, as she doesn't like unfamiliar dogs rushing up to her. She is also better suited for children ages 9 and up because she may nip if she's accidentally hurt. Overall, she's a wonderful dog, and we're looking for a loving home where she'll continue to thrive. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks.

Story
My dog and his brother were abandoned in our neighborhood and my husband and I took them in. They are young, age not known exactly but are estimated to be 3-4 years old. Buster is neutered. The reason I’m rehoming him is because he doesn’t get along with my senior dog. The other reason is that I’m getting a divorce and am struggling to care for three dogs by myself. Buster needs someone who is patient. He is leery of people he doesn’t know at first. But he is a sweetheart once he knows he can trust you. He loves the water and running around the yard.
