Story
Poor little Tater. He was surrendered to a shelter in North Florida an transported to our rescue. He was adopted for less than a month until her adopter injured her leg causing her to be unable to care for him so she recently returned him. Now Tater Tot is afraid that he'll be abandoned so he follows his foster mom everywhere. This little 10 lb, 10 year old dog a ts like a puppy when leashed for a walk so his "pulling on the leash" is something that we're working on. Due to cataracts, he has some vision loss. Tater Tot has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. He's current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Tater's adoption fee is $50. Like all pups, these babies are playful, curious, affectionate, and extremely friendly, They have been wormed every 2 weeks. All puppies were spayed, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and given flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Dexter is a 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund (chi-weenie) mix weighing approximately 26 pounds. He came to us when his owner died and he was being kept in a tiny cage. He is timid but has come a long way. He loves to play tug of war and he is very strong. He gets along with the other dogs but has not been cat or kid-tested. He is friendly and lovable when he gets to know you. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention.
