Red is a neutered mixed breed. He was adopted through our local pound. He is a very loving and rambunctious boy. We are told he is between 3-5 years old. He is house trained and crate trained. He does well on a leash. He can sit on command. We are working on wait and stay. He loves to play with our 2 yr old female mountain cur but our female lab does not get along with Red. Red is fun to play with. He does have some food aggression, so we put him in his crate to cook dinner and any time we eat. We feed all our dogs separately to avoid confrontation. He loves to play ball, fetch and run. He loves to greet you when you get home and lick you too!

Story
I unfortunately have fallen into a circumstance, in which I can no longer care for my dog is the way he deserves. His name is Sammy, he is one of the bestest boys, however he can tend to be reactive towards other dogs. He has been good with certain dogs, but not all, he needs to be slowly introduced to other animals. He has never been reactive towards people to my knowledge, however I’ve always been weary of him around children. He has never attempted to hurt a child, but I always took the necessary precautions. He’s about 7-8 years old, I have had him for about 5-6 years, he does tend to have allergies, and must be on grain free salmon food at the bare minimum. My heart is very heavy with this decision, however I believe it is in his best interest. I would love to stay in contact, with anyone willing to take him in. In a perfect world I’d love for a couple to take him in with some form of property for him to be able to run freely.

Joah is a SWEET dog, she is attentive and protective. Barks when strangers approach house, SHE HAS NEVER BITTEN ANYONE! I simply cannot keep her due to age and illness. She will make a great addition to any house with or without kids, her playful nature is wonderful and she is loving!

Hello, This is Ziggy. He’s an about 1.5yrs old pit-mix. His mom unfortunately isn’t able to take care of him anymore, so he needs a new forever home. He’s good with kids and other dogs, but is a little nervous at times. He’s potty trained and walks well on a leash. Ziggy does seem to have separation anxiety that causes him to take it out on his environment (pillows, cushions, etc.). So, a home that would be patient and understanding would be great. He’s never lived with a cat so we’re unsure if he would get along with one. But, he has lived with other dogs. He’s a sweet guy looking for someone to play fetch with.

Reese is a sweet girl. She is about three years old and I have been fostering her since she was a new born baby. She loves to swim and run around and play. She loves other dogs, people, and life itself. She's always a good time and just so so happy. She is crate trained and sleeps in a crate at night. I think Reese would benefit from a home with a large fenced yard and space. Possibly a home on a farm or something where she can be active and play. She loves running and being active, going in the car, and cuddling up with you. She deserves a home where she is loved and can live her years. I am posting her here hoping that I can find a family that can open their heart to her. She is a good girl and I won't take her to a shelter. She was saved by me when none of her litter mates lived, she is a true survivor.
