Story
Rookie is a 10 year old terrier mix that I have had since he was a puppy. Rookie can be hyper and skittish at times but overall is sweet and snuggly. He loves to be close to you and give kisses and he loves belly rubs. He gets along with anyone once he gets to know them including other pets. His only fault is that he gets overly excited sometimes. He has a build up of protein on his eye but it does not affect him. I have had it biopsied and it is benign. He has no other health issues. His vaccines are up to date.

Fox was found by animal control by my house so I adopted him to avoid him going to the pound. He is very playful, friendly and enjoys going on walks/runs. He would be good around other dogs as well. he’s around 1 and a half years old. Help me find Sweet Fox a permanent home :)

Story
Bambi is one of the sweetest and most kind dogs I have ever found on the streets. She is a stray from around Covid time and adjusted super quickly. She gets her spurts of the zoomies every now and again but will cuddle on the couch or run around outside, whatever her person is doing so is she. She is house trained, have not had accidents since she’s been with us and it’s been since 2023. She gets along with our older male but does not like our small female, possibly just a hunting type dog with those instincts to hold down and our dog is not okay with that. Really just want a loving home for her, best with no other dogs but could maybe do a chill male companion. Safe and loving home only!

Sora is 7 years old and about 55 pounds. I adopted him about two years ago and at the time had a partner. Since then, I have moved and am now also on my own making it difficult to provide Sora the attention he deserves. Sora may be 7, but he is full of energy! He loves to play with people, and other dogs as well. My roommates have a Pomeranian who he adores, but you have to be careful introducing him to other pets because of how rambunctious he is. Sora is a runner and needs a fenced in yard. I believe he is a boxer mixed with shepherd due to the energy that he has. Sora is very loving, but he lacks spatial awareness and would thrive best in an environment without kids. I really want Sora to go to a great home. He’s likes to snuggle, and play with dog toys. He doesn’t get it things and is well behaved in the home.

Max is a 6yr old male sable color mutt. We adopted him 5 years ago. He was 11 months old when we adopted him from HSSC. He is very loving and cuddly and loves people. Due to many changes in our household, he and our other 2 dogs, 1 male, 1 female no longer get along. He has been with them since we adopted him. We have been assured by the vet he is in good health just alittle over weight. Unfortunately due to my mothers' declining health and his inability to get along with the other dogs anymore we need to rehome him as soon as possible. I believe it would be best if he was the only dog. He is very sweet, loving and loves butt scratches. He loves being with his people. He loves milkbones or any snacks you likw to share. Hes house trained, does okay on the leash but could be better. We just want to give Max the love and attention he needs. Max comes with his favorite blanket, bed, and dog bowls.

His name is Draco and he is about 9 months old. His human dad got very sick and they couldn’t keep him anymore. He is crate trained, housebroken, fully vaccinated and neutered. Very very playful and energetic. He does great with other dogs and kids. I believe he has met a cat before and did ok with that as well. Please let me know if you would like to meet him!

Auggie is a 6-year-old Bernedoodle (75 lbs) with a loyal and loving personality. He bonds closely with his people and enjoys being near his family. He is naturally protective of his home and the people he loves, so he would likely do best in an adult-only household with no other pets or young children, where he can feel secure and relaxed. Due to our increasingly busy schedule, Auggie spends more time in his kennel than we would like. We know he deserves a home where he can receive more attention, companionship, and time outside of a kennel. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, and our goal is simply to find Auggie a safe, stable, and loving home where he can thrive.
