Story
Sweet Maize (May-zee) needs a lot of attention. Adopted her from a shelter and have worked on her anxiety issues. She has come a long way She is good with cats and MOST dogs. One of our dogs is high energy and prone to aggression toward her. She deserves a safer space than we can provide. She exhibits PTSD-like behavior and needs a calm place with a regular routine. She is wary around men, and it takes a long time for her to accept them around.. She will not hurt kids, but the activity level may be a challenge for her. She needs a very patient female around willing to get her integrated into a new environment. She does okay on field trips with her person. Regular outings to regular places helps. She has been here over a year, and we’ve learned her needs and her challenges. I will be picky about placement, and rehoming will be with the agreement that if she is not a good fit, she is returned to us (not a shelter) as we try again. Fee includes crate etc. so she has familiar items.

Story
This is my cousins dog. They got him impulsively a few months ago but their landlord does not allow pets and they are being evicted. My dad takes care of the dog everyday but he is also not allowed to have an animal. Zizi is very sweet and a good size not too small or too big. She plays with my large dog just fine and has a lot of energy. She would do well in an active household. She is potty trained and lets you know when she needs to go out. She is 1-2 years old, I’m not sure exactly how old but I can double check with my cousin.

Story
Daisy is a sweet but very energetic 1 year old puppy. She is a great snuggler and is not aggressive, but needs some additional training on jumping. She also requires a 6 foot fence, as she is able to jump our shorter fence! We hate to give her up. She has a lot of potential for a family who has a bit more time to train and a better fence setup and a bigger space for her to run around!

I have had Luna for almost two years. I struggle with her guarding, especially when food is involved. She just completed a 4 week training with Precision Training. So she has nes skill such as: place, leave it, sit, stay,drop. She is very well-trained, energectic dog who loves to work.

He was found in Oklahoma abandoned. We brought him back to KC MO. He is about 8 months old. He is full of energy. He plays fetch, tug of war, and loves to run. He smart and ready to be trained, he knows sit and lay down. He is good with kids, cats, and does good with our other dog. He needs an active home. He is high energy so someone who would want to be active with him is important.
