Meet Jack: A Loyal Soul Seeking a Secure Haven 🐾 Jack is a 4-year-old, 50-60 lb Shepherd mix looking for a patient leader. He is a unique dog who isn’t motivated by treats or toys, but by connection—his favorite thing is receiving close attention and a gentle "slow dance" with his human. The Basics: Neutered, healthy, & UTD on vax. Crate-trained & knows commands. Good with kids & other dogs (after a slow intro). Why he’s looking: With a baby on the way, we must rehome Jack due to his "door dashing." He frequently bolts out the front door and has poor recall with anyone but me, creating a major safety risk for our growing family. Ideal Home: Jack can be anxious (barking at windows) and needs a home with a securely fenced yard or safe land to run. He needs an experienced owner committed to recall training and securing exits. If you have patience and a secure home, Jack will be your devoted companion.

Story
Beau is a 7 year old male dog with a wide variety of breed mixes. After the death of our older dog, Beau has started exhibiting behavioral issues that are not conducive to our neighborhood (resource guards toys, the yard, etc) where we have puppies and young kids run around often. He cannot be around other dogs in the home, as we think most of his reactions are centered around that. He is a sweet dog who deserves a loving home and someone who can handle the responsibility of training him out of these behaviors. Due to the original owner moving away, we have less capability to do so. We just want to find him a good home and a loving family.

Story
Frank is a good dog. I've had him for his entire life and now he's 8. He loves to lay on the floor next to your chair or on the couch next to you. I love him and wish I didn't have to let him go, but my lifestyle has changed recently, and I can no longer be with him as much as I think he needs me. He is ok staying alone for a few hours and is house trained. But I now have to travel much more, and I don't like boarding him.

I found Daisy down in Detroit MI where I work, in the fall. She was very skinny, shy and friendly. I took her the vet and she had heartworm. I wanted to keep her till her heartworm was taken care of. She finished her shots and medication the end of January 2026. She has a check up in a couple months. She is not fixed/ microchipped but we can take care of that if necessary. We have two other dogs one that is blind she was hesitant around, she is protective of her people, she will bark at the other dogs if they try to cuddle with us while she is. She is very well house trained. She loves cuddling, butt scratches, laying under the blanket with you. Jumping in the air to show her excitement. Following around to see if youre getting food for her. She listens very well. She has a big girl bark but does not bark often. I think she would be best as an only dog home, but with proper introduction I think other dogs can work as well.
