Story
I found Daisy in the fall. She was very skinny, shy and friendly. I took her to the vet and she had heartworm. I wanted to keep her till her heartworm was taken care of. She finished her shots and medication the end of January 2026. She has a check up in a couple months. She is not fixed/ microchipped but we can take care of that if necessary. We have two other dogs one that is blind she was hesitant around, she is protective of her people, she will bark at the other dogs if they try to cuddle with us while she is. She is very well house trained. She loves cuddling, butt scratches, laying under the blanket with you. Jumping in the air to show her excitement. Following around to see if youre getting food for her. She listens very well. She has a big girl bark but does not bark often. I think she would be best as an only dog home, but with proper introduction I think other dogs can work as well.

FAITH is looking for her forever home!!Rescued from Detroit. She is the sweetest once she knows you are a safe person, and she is starting to open up to new people and becoming more social. Vaccinated (will need a booster), microchipped, and the clinic believes she is already spayed. Odie is a sweet, loving, smart, loyal, energetic boy who desperately wants to find his person. He’s great with kids and all animals. He may come off shy at first but once he gets to know you he will want to be your best friend. Odie was rescued in LA as a very young pup and we have had him ever since. Unfortunately I am no longer able to care for Odie. He needs an owner/family that is able to dedicate more time to him to fulfill his needs.

Story
Riley is such a sweet girl who just wants to be loved. I got her back in October 2025 from the Ingham County Shelter and they thought she was around 3 years old then. She had just had puppies and was abandoned by her family. I am looking to rehome her because she can be rough with my other dog. They get along ok but Riley would like all the attention and doesn’t allow our other dog to be close with us or play. I take both dogs to the dog park and Riley does great with all the other dogs. She loves to be with people and cuddle. She knows basic commands like sit and lay down. She does pull while walking on her leash but I am sure after some training she would learn not to pull. She does want to please! I feel like she would do best if she was the only dog in the house because she does love all the attention. She can jump up so I don’t think she would be good with younger kids because she is so big and could knock them over.

Story
Meet 5 year old Bingo! He was adopted from the Humane Society as a puppy in March of 2021. He's a medium sized 65 lb long n' low cattle dog/corgi/ (etc etc) mix, he's housebroken and very smart. He's a quick learner, shy, but a real sweetie. He's a mix of breeds, and definitely has got the typical Cattle dog mindset. He likes to herd and be boss, so he isn't great with small children. We adopted him when our kids were 5 and 13, and he wanted to herd them, even as a puppy. No serious issues though.That being said, he's a very sweet, affectionate guy. He loves to snuggle and play with toys and his family. Currently lives with cats, which he plays and fights with (the cats always win). He's never lived with other dogs. He loves to run and fetch, he's very good on leash for walks, but the rest of the time is a total couch potato. He's very protective of his people and is an excellent guard dog. He LOVES the snow! Comes w/ 4 months of Symparica Trio pills.
